Starbucks is a place where you can find the best coffee ever. The staff, especially Dayna, is super helpful and friendly. One customer had a mix-up in their order, but the staff went above and beyond to make it right, showing great customer service. All the workers are so nice and always give a warm welcome. They usually make orders fast and amazing, sometimes even writing “Happy Tuesday” on drinks. Despite some customers finding the tipping policy a bit pushy and uncomfortable, the overall experience has improved, with some customers feeling their café mocha has been created to perfection lately. The staff’s effort and kindness have helped turn some non-fans into loyal customers.
