Starbucks is known for its friendly staff, who are often praised for their extra efforts. The staff has always been pleasant and the management will always do their part to make it right. Workers seem to be happy and a positive vibes environment. However, some customers have recently been disappointed with their experience. The coffee tastes burnt in a Cafe Latte and the salted caramel cold brew comes out weird looking and tasting. The espresso can be a bit watery and plain black without crema. The store inside is average with nice places to sit but the self serve sugar station has been less than clean. While it is still Starbucks where you can get coffee and sandwiches, the drinks made here have not been consistent with other locations.
