Rebecca was the worst and rudest person i have ever encountered at a starbucks. Had such a bad attitude and looked high or under the influence of something. Very unprofessional

I come to this location often as it’s right across from where I work. It is usually pretty good. There has been a few times where the espresso is a bit watery but I will say that the management will always do their part to make it right. Which is why I always come back. The customer experience is very important to me. Workers seem to be happy and a positive vibes environment. Keep up the good work ?. Shout out to Jordan for her excellent customer service skills.

So slow.. the drive thru is always backed up. Doesn’t flow well. I wish they had two lanes. Staff and mgmt seems to be disorganized. Only go here due to location.

I'm an espresso lover + it's hard to find a decent cup in this town. Each time i open the lid, i pray that there's crema on top, but it's always just plain black + a bit bitter. Temperature is good. Fresher beans, tamping the grounds for proper extraction + higher pressure would make a great cup.
Teenage kids hired from Wendy's don't make good barista's.
I know that would slow down the service, but I'd be willing to wait for a better cup.

It used to be my favorite one but recently the drinks taste AWFUL, so bad , they definitely are not making them correctly, and it also takes so long to get your order if they even make it without you having to remind them every time. Today was my last straw with this location. It’s the worst

Starbucks needs to up their game (correct order & pleasant service) just as they've upped their prices!
My boyfriend and I live just down the street from this location, and it’s a bummer that this particular Starbucks does not make drinks that are consistent with the ones I get from any other Starbucks. The coffee tastes burnt in his Cafe Late and my salted caramel cold brew always comes out weird looking and tasting. Is it still Starbucks where you can get coffee and sandwiches? Yes. Is it on par with other Starbucks you’ll visit? No. Hoping that a manager sees and will investigate retraining their staff on how to make drinks properly. The staff has always been pleasant and the store inside is average: nice places to sit but the self serve sugar station has always been less than clean each time we’ve gone inside. While I’ve only ordered from this location about 10 times, the drinks made here have never met my expectations. We don’t want to drive to Gatlin or Fort Pierce to get nice coffee - please fix this so we can frequent this convenient location confidently.
