Stopped here to grab coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Staff behaved as though we were a nuisance to their day, not the purpose of their day. They did not acknowledge my husband when he pulled up to the window, gave him our hot coffees with no sleeves. We ended up paying but driving away without our breakfast sandwich. I won’t be back to that location again, very disappointed with this experience.

Worst damn Sbux everrr. 11:30 on a weekday, zero line at the counter, zero other cars in the drive thru. STILL had to wait for someone to take my order, then wait another 5 - 7 mins for a med coffee. Staff chatting eachother up the WHOLE TIME. Last in a long string of bad service experiences there. It’s the reason I try to avoid this one and go to the other one in Tradition unless I’m pressed for time.

Terrible attitude and vibes upon walking in this morning. 2.19.25 6:15 ish. Meet with a very nasty attitude. Cracked cup and drink leaking everywhere and got on my shirt. Seemed annoyed that I asked for a new cup to sit that one in. Not a new drink just a damn cup! Maybe it’s because it was me! Have a great day. Won’t ever come back. I’m far more welcomed at my local SB. Danish cold! Asked for it to be warmed up. Wow! I hope the owner rectifies this situation.

I understand it’s a holiday but if employees are going to be rude & not keep up with the standard this isn’t worth it. One girl keep putting signs that they’re closed on every door when it was 4:20 pm & the stores hours for today are 6am-5:00pm . They wouldn’t make me my Frappuccino saying they wanted to go home to their families & it was already close . The girl that checked us out was very unprofessional!!!!!

Placed an order for two drinks. Received one, and they forgot about my second drink until three families later. Finally, a guy ask if I was waiting on something, where I reminded him of my venti coffee. Then one five family member group came in with a medium size dog. What! I love animals, but no flee bags in a FOOD restaurant please. That's disgusting. One of their family members could have stayed outside with the dog. I don't eat at places that let dogs dine. Especially when the tables and things aren't sanitized after. Sick!
