Every single time I have come here it takes 30 mins to get through the drive through and my food/drinks have been sitting out for long enough for all the ice to be melted and my food to be cold. The 2 Starbucks right down the street are way better, don’t come here.

The guy in the drive thru who handed me my food was very rude he had his items in his hand and took forever to give it to me because he was talking to someone didn’t make no eye contact I had to take it out his hand. Very rude he has black hair and pretty tall he was very rude

1st visit here. Compared to other Starbucks this drive thru lacked Starbucks welcoming charm. Maybe he was new or training? Drink....great as always!!

I am not one to write reviews but this place needs attention inside. Extremely dirty floors and flies all over the display food and drinks. Looks like lack of management here. Everybody seems extremely unhappy to be working here. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

I’m currently driving from Miami to Orlando and initially got my coffee down south. I didn’t taste it until I got on 95 and it was horrible. I decided to make a pit stop to see if it could be remade and ended up at this location. A guy named Alex was very understanding and happy to help me. He made sure to ask questions to see how to make the drink better and all. Thank you Alex!

The lady take Oder wasn’t spoken nice and she never get the right order , but other people are very sweet , the man I think he is the manager he was awesome and very nice,

Good customer service is found here, the cafe is also clean along with the restrooms. Drinks taste pretty good here as well.
My drink accidentally spilled completely. The table was wobbly, and with a small movement, the drink spilled. My daughter and I began cleaning up, and other customers helped us by bringing napkins. Then, an employee came and offered to clean the dirty area. The unpleasant thing about this incident was that they weren't able to at least offer the drink again. Out of empathy and politeness, I believe it might have been the best action on the part of Starbucks employees to maintain their ethics and good service. For my part, I was unhappy and will not return to this place again.

Waiting patiently in line to pick up my mobile order for over 15 minutes being ignored by Karina that was working the front. I needed assistance with my order and not once was I or the other 2 customers in line acknowledged. The woman working the drive thru had to assist. Karina if you do not want to work with customers and rather talk trash through your headset to other employees. Please Find Another Job!!

I stopper by this morning, there was not anyone in drive-thru pr on lobby. My drink and only 2 others on the counter and nobody could be bothered to say hello or have a good day. The customer service at this location by far is the worst. Do better!

Stopped here to grab coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Staff behaved as though we were a nuisance to their day, not the purpose of their day. They did not acknowledge my husband when he pulled up to the window, gave him our hot coffees with no sleeves. We ended up paying but driving away without our breakfast sandwich. I won’t be back to that location again, very disappointed with this experience.
