Placed an order for two drinks. Received one, and they forgot about my second drink until three families later. Finally, a guy ask if I was waiting on something, where I reminded him of my venti coffee. Then one five family member group came in with a medium size dog. What! Shout out to the person working drive thru this morning. The car in front of me in a black suv was calling her rude and saying nasty things to the employee because they no longer carry holiday drinks? How is that her fault. The employee did not over step or say anything rude at all. People need to be more respectful and grateful customer service is already hard enough
