I wrote a similar review last year around this time about how awesome Melissa, Jordan, and the rest of the staff at this Starbucks are, but I just wanted to come back on here and say that this service at this Starbucks is amazing. I passed two Starbucks just to go to this one because I love The way I am treated. I normally only come during the season for my pumpkin cream, cold brew, and the staff make me and my daughter feel so welcomed and so loved every time. I just wanted to say thank you so much to the staff for all that they do, especially during the holiday season.

Unacceptable Service and Rude Behavior! I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. My recent experience was an absolute nightmare. They gave me the WRONG ITEMS in my order, and when I called to resolve it, they had the audacity to HANG UP on me. Completely unprofessional!
On top of that, they NEVER include basic essentials like straws with delivery orders. It’s the bare minimum, and they can’t even get that right. Save your money and avoid the headache. There are plenty of other places that actually care about their customers and provide quality service.

Came through drive through and Jessi's voice alone was bright and welcoming. I was very interested to see the face behind the voice. When I came around she was even better. She is very welcoming with a bright smile and even asked about how my day was. I wanted to change my order a bit and she was extremely understanding. Jessi is truly an asset to the company and encourages me to be a regular customer at this location. Thank you!!!

We usually make coffee at home, but when we want to treat ourselves to a latte we always come to this Starbucks location and use the drive thru because we love Jordan’s positivity and charisma!
