Went there yesterday around 4. Went to the drive through and I don’t know if the person who was taking orders is hard of hearing but they were yelling asking everyone to repeat orders at my car as well as the cars in front of and in back of me. She was asking us to repeat our order multiple times, very confused when taking the order and asking us to repeat it several times. We were in line for about 15 minutes. When we got to the window, they were very unpleasant (person had glasses). Not friendly at all. I don’t know if they were high but clearly they were under the influence of something because they were very confused at the window also. This is not the first encounter I’ve had with this person and the first few times I’ve chalked it up to nerves being new but clearly this is not the case. They are not nice the way they speak to and treat the other employees either. This is not someone who should be working at the window and I wouldn’t feel comfortable having them make my drinks at all either to be honest. It’s sad because i love this Starbucks because it’s right near by home and job but having someone like that being abusive to staff and yelling at customers is just not cool.

I wrote a similar review last year around this time about how awesome Melissa, Jordan, and the rest of the staff at this Starbucks are, but I just wanted to come back on here and say that this service at this Starbucks is amazing. I passed two Starbucks just to go to this one because I love The way I am treated. I normally only come during the season for my pumpkin cream, cold brew, and the staff make me and my daughter feel so welcomed and so loved every time. I just wanted to say thank you so much to the staff for all that they do, especially during the holiday season.

Unacceptable Service and Rude Behavior! I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. My recent experience was an absolute nightmare. They gave me the WRONG ITEMS in my order, and when I called to resolve it, they had the audacity to HANG UP on me. Completely unprofessional!
On top of that, they NEVER include basic essentials like straws with delivery orders. It’s the bare minimum, and they can’t even get that right. Save your money and avoid the headache. There are plenty of other places that actually care about their customers and provide quality service.
I come here every day with my dogs. Everyone knows us by name and always happy to see us. This is the best Starbucks teams around. I refuse to go to another Starbucks. Every team member goes above and beyond. I truly love this store and its workers!
