I loved going to this coffee shop until they hired the girl with short blonde hair back. She's rude and when she messed up on my order she told me I must've ordered it wrong. Won't be going back until they get better staff who know how to have better customer service.

While we didn’t order any food, enjoyed the atmosphere, coffee, and tea. Friendly staff and owner deeply cared for each customer interaction.

Great place to get a good cup of coffee. The food is so good. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Lots if room to sit and enjoy. No drive-through, big parking lot. They periodically have entertainment. It is the only coffee shop in a few miles so stop in and say hi to Michael Baumgardner the owner and his staff, sit down and enjoy good coffee and food.

The establishment has a great atmosphere, and the staff is friendly but not very attentive. You're required to order at the counter and pay immediately. Once you pay, you no longer exist even if you try to enjoy your meal inside at a table. The Industrial Revolution - 2 Fried EGGS accompanied by 2 strips of BACON with ENGLISH MUFFIN add STEAMPUNK TOTS.The STEAMPUNK TOTS are very good. The ENGLISH MUFFIN and BACON are perfect. The eggs are perfect if you only like them fried over hard. I asked for medium, and they don't do them any other way.The espresso is very bitter, flat, and lacks any crema whatsoever. This could be easily fixed by adjusting the grinds to be more coarse.

Cute little coffee shop. They have a lot of flavors to choose from and their breakfast wrap is so delicious !

Admittedly, I have only ordered from SteamWorks on UberEats, so I haven't been to the physical location (yet!)... BUT I just had to come find them on Yelp! and leave a review because I am such a fan of their food. I've ordered from them twice with my roommate (both times getting variations of The Edison or The Wayfarer + different coffee drinks), and both times were [chef's kiss]. The food is tasty and fresh, and the coffee is fantastic. Definitely plan on physically going in sometime soon. Also - I have to also point out that they pack really smart for to-go. When I ordered the Wayfarer, they mashed the avocado and put it in a container separate from the toast. So many places I've ordered to-go from actually put the avocado ON the toast... which isn't very smart because then the bread gets weird. I appreciated that they thought about that.

We stopped here for a light breakfast and coffee while on my hubby's birthday day trip. It was smaller than it looked on the website, but the coffee and breakfast items we had, (waffles for hubby, scrambled wrap for me) were very good. My husband liked the black coffee and I ordered the special which the sign said it was a blend of Irish Cream and Caramel but when being served, the server said it was Irish Cream and Hazelnut. I drink Hazelnut everyday, so it wasn't what I was expecting, but still good, but the servers should know what the special of the day on the sign states.

Been here many times.. however lately the service and food has been lacking. Forgotten items, no utensils or straws.. my advice is get employees that at least pretend to care.

BUSINESS IS BOOMING! I’ve been going to Steamworks for about 6 months now, the atmosphere is great for studying and their growth has been amazing. I am saddened to say though that today I ordered for pick up and the quality of the food wasn’t there. I hope that with growth you guys don’t leave quality behind. We ordered 2 dorian greys and the tardis, the waffles were chewy like over cooked and the chicken, that oil seems dirty and chicken was dry and this is a first! My family visits from out of state and Steamwork is always my go to place to recommend. With this said, the service is amazing, the food is phenomenal for such a simple menu. Just sharing for management to keep this in mind, you guys never disappoint but today unfortunately you did.

This was my first time visiting this establishment. I like the atmosphere, the place appeared to be clean. I had my daughter with me and she was all over the place, but the employees were patient and so friendly. I ordered a grilled cheese and tater tots for my daughter. I really liked it and I think I ordered some kind of wrap, I don't really remember, but it did need a lil more seasoning imo. My drink was delicious, I plan on returning.

Food - Ehh Service - Ehh. Ambiance - Small. Dark. Funky. Industrial. When: 11:45am - Lunch time Party: 2 people. 1 table. Arrive: One other table, but leaving. Departing: One other new table of 2 dining. One patron getting a coffee to-go. One pickup order. Over all: Slow Time spent: 45-50 minutes? Cashier/Runner: Nice, but the concept is so Bizzaro. So I don't want to ding her too much. Here is why... *Walk in... Sit at a table? Yet there is menu on the wall over the counter...and there is a separate laminated menu at the register. *Grab a menu. *Place order with cashier. *Tip or not tip at the POS register? Is she waiting on us or not? Do I have to pick it up at the counter? Is there a number for the table? So, how much do with tip her if she hasn't even waited on us yet at the time of ordering at the counter? I dislike this dining concept. Are you fast food or not? Are we saving on payroll? I don't get it. Do I lower my standards for disjointed service and odd communication of the flow?) *Because we order simple beverages, she handed them to us to take to our table. Black cup of coffee and an iced tea. *We asked if she could turn down the fan. She didn't have a remote and there was no toggle pull. Told us which tables were the warmest. We moved and it was still cold. *They were out of the soup at 11:30am lunch time? I ordered the $9.99 breakfast egg special. Average eggs, tator tots (for breakfast?), bacon and toast. My friend had a sandwich with a tator tots. Both were average. Seems like there is a following for Steamworks. My friend and I both agreed, we won't be back. I didn't resonate with us.

Very cute little place. Staff doesn’t have a sense of urgency, speed of service suffers. They do not seem to know the difference between a latte and a cappuccino or cinnamon vs chocolate in coffee. I’ve had to have my order corrected 3 times in the past month.

The food was great (I had the delicious waffles) but the coffee was only so-so. Service was just shy of self-serve. Very upbeat, clean atmosphere but small. I'll definitely go back.
