I waited for 20 minutes without receiving any attention from the sandwich maker, who was preoccupied with an African American woman seemingly taking her time, possibly to irritate me. Another employee, upon noticing I was Latina, excused himself, claiming he was only handling phone orders. Frustrated, I decided to leave. As I exited, they immediately began attending to another man, who, like the other employee, was American.
I never complained or did any show, just asked once to the other guy attending if he had time to attending.
This is very disappointing

The was rude and got my order completely wrong. I will not be ordering or eating at this subway ever again. And the lady that made my order was rude 2 me as well. I hope she gets fired because she showed me horrible customer service. So I do not recommend eating at this subway ever again. And the lady that made my food lied 2 me. When I told her I want my other stuff heated separately. And she told me that she did she lied 2 me. So do not eat at the subway in tradition.

Filled our sandwiches with bad lettuce tonight. Not sure how people can't tell the difference. If the lettuce looks like canned spinach, it's bad. If it's brown, it's bad.

Some of the servers don't wear any hair covering while preparing a sub. Some have dangling long hair, full heads of hair or braids that are right above the foods when they are serving. Very unappealing and maybe unhealthy. I won't be back.

I've been going to this Subway for over a year now and I can say without a doubt that this location has provided the best service of all the Subways I've ever eaten at. Every time I enter the restaurant, I am greeted by Carly without at hitch. She greets me with a smile every single time and makes the best/fastest sandwiches I could ask for. Michelle does an amazing job keeping customers and employees happy. Everyone seems to always be in good spirits and I never wait long for my food. When I am in a rush and have to get back to work, I know I can rely on Michelle and her team to get me fed and get back to the grind. The food is always fresh, tastes great, and makes my tummy satisfied. I'm always appreciative of the fun attitude/atmosphere the team brings every time I open that door and the smell of delicious baked bread smacks me in the face. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my Subway needs. Thank you for all the good vibes and yummy cookies!

Went to subway at 9:12, the door is locked. I know this location close at 9:30… The guy was standing there as I tugged on the door with no acknowledgement.. Two other customers walked up right after me just to find out the store was closed early without any notice. I’m in the parking lot posting this at 9:15 pm on May30

I arrived at 7:37 pm tonight at the Tradition Subway. All the chairs were up on the tables like the store is closed. My husband asked if we could dine in, the young man said ok, but it feels like the employees didn't want anyone dining in. So we left.This is terrible for employees to close up the shop and wanting to leave already at 7:37 pm!!! I hope the owner would change this. This used to be our favorite Subway in Port St Lucie, but not anymore.

If you have lost your faith in Subway, I beseech you to give this location a try! My Sandwich artist was diligent in preparing my Veggie delight to my specific specifications. The bread was soft & it was packaged with such care, I was able to eat it w/one hand! The cookies were fresh & tbh, I haven't been in a Subway restaurant so clean & tidy since1998! Skip Mcdon'tals across the way & head over to this Subway instead! They don't dissapoint!
