Richard was awesome! So patient and kind, we had a big group of our friends and he took care of us most excellently. The place was clean which is always nice, lol. Thanks so much for making a quick stop on our trip so pleasant. It was a small interaction but it made a big difference :)

I had ordered two tuna sub and it was supposed to have a sauce that they didn’t put on there. I also called the restaurant 5 times to see if they could just toast it and got a cold sub because they didn’t answer. I love subway but this was unacceptable service.

I had went to Miami for my daughter's birthday and was on the way home. I needed to use the restroom and I also wanted some food so I saw the sign on the highway directing me to pull off for the food and gas and all that stuff and I have never seen a Subway that didn't have its own bathroom. They said you have to go into the store next door so I went through the door. The person behind the counter was a man as unfriendly as it gets and tried to lie to me. When I asked him where the bathroom was he said it's occupied. Now I'm the only person in the store. I walk back there anyways and of course it was unoccupied. I came out and I said oh so they must have disappeared🤣God must have took them home.🙄 The look that he gave me was the look of death. I hope that he doesn't treat all the customers there. I actually bought a drink from him, but he was one of the most unfriendly people I have ever seen in a place that deals with people everyday. Then I went back into the subway, and the lady was extremely friendly. Got my food ready correctly, and because I am old and disabled she even brought it out to me. Now it's people like her that you appreciate being in the food service business 😁

The kid who took my order was extremely rude and could not comprehend my order. Was not complicated at all and forgot to put everything I asked for on the sandwich and to top it off I get home and there’s two pieces of meat on the sandwich, typically not a complainer, but this is ridiculous

Ordered from multiple subways in the past and never had an issue of the sandwich having little to no veggies or meat on the sandwich. Each bite is a mouthful of dry bread.
This location consistently shorts their customers on the quantity of ingredients added in their sandwiches. Not sure if it’s a tactic to save money or what, but not worth the $12+ for a sub that is 80% dry bread. Go to Jimmy John’s or Port of Subs instead.

WORST SUBWAY EVER CANT EVEN MAKE A PROPER FOOTLONG SUB AND DELIVER ME A 6INCH INSTEAD WHEN THERES A FOOTLONG PROMOTION GOING ON! OBVIOUSLY WORST SUBWAY EVER AND NEVER ORDERING AGAIN!
Vegetarian options: absolutely trash of a place only need to come here for alcohol and snacks avoid the subway at all cost because they are incompetent for sure! Who doesn't know how to read a ticket that clearly says 12" but then they only send a half sandwich!
Kid-friendliness: AVOID BRINGING KIDS HERE ITS A BAD AREA!

Terrible service food is gross place is filthy never again will I step foot in this subway what a disgrace!!
Hands Down the very worst Subway on planet earth. Filthy, unorganized, vegetables not fresh, lettuce turning brown, only 1 person working and it took 27 minutes for him to make 3 sandwiches. 27 MINUTES!!!!! This is not brain surgery; it is making fresh sandwiches, which these are not. Go some place else! Anywhere else beats this place. Subway should be ashamed!

This subway deserves absolutely NO STARS! If you want to be disappointed, just come here. I don’t know how you miss more than half the ingredients (including the flipping teriyaki sauce on the chicken teriyaki sandwich), but the two guys working here managed that. Literally all I got on my sandwich was half toasted wheat bread, chicken, cucumbers, & onions when I definitely ordered a more flavorful sandwich than that. Atmosphere was dull af and already let you know your sandwich was gonna be trash. Toppings tasted like stomach bug. Just avoid here.

The Subway app (and Google Maps) says this location is open until 10 PM on Sundays, so I placed a pickup order at 9:10 PM. I arrived at 9:30 PM, but the restaurant was already closed! There was an employee still there, but he was just cleaning up. He pointed to a sign on the wall that said they closed at 9 PM. I asked for a refund, but he told me I had to request it online.
I filed a complaint explaining what had happened, and the next day the location owner (Mr. Manuel Martinez-Sohr) only responded with, "Thank you for your feedback"! 🤬
I also contacted Subway at the corporate level, but to this date, I have not heard back or received any refund.
I will never visit this location again, and this whole experience has left me with serious mistrust in the Subway brand as a whole.
