Love this new store! It’s always so clean and the service was so awesome. I haven’t never seen a subway with a drive through and it was touch screen, which was so cool. Cant wait to go back!

life’s Great

Wish I could’ve gave NO STARS be careful when eating at this location yes it’s really new that’s why I’m so surprised I’m having to give a BAD review. My boyfriend and I have been to this location a couple times and the 1st was wonderful we came today for our lunch break and after taking a couple bites we both discovered that there was BLACK dog hair on our bread at the bottom. I came back to the location and spoke to the manager who was very rude and unprofessional who said it was eye lashes WHAT excuse me ma’am eye lash dog hair what ever it is it’s disgusting she was trying to argue with me over what type of hair it was I have curly eyelashes the hairs that was in our food was straight dog hairs. I will be contacting corporate CUSTOMERS always comes. first I’ve been running a business for over 10 years.

I went to this subway after not having subway in years due to bad experiences every time I went, well I went today and the comprehension skills to read an order are just not there. Me and my boyfriend’s subs were made incorrectly and to pay so much for a terrible sub is outrages. I have a very easy sub order so for it to be messed up is beyond me. I will never go back here for a sub.

Amazing Service today! I always come to this subway and am treated with the utmost respect, the food is always super fresh and tastes good, I’ve been greeted by an employee named Kris I believe, she has been so kind to both me and my family and even went the extra mile to help us decide on what to get. She proceeded to do the rest with the others in the store, I am utterly impressed, and I will continue to go there!

I’ve met the manager once and she seemed nice, but I’m not sure if she’s aware that while she’s not there.. all the teens who also work there are running off the paying customers with their nasty arrogant attitudes. I use to come in often because my kids love Subway, but I’m done giving my business here. Kristin who always seems to be working is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. Every time I’ve gone in I’ve tried to make her smile, but I’d be more successful with a blob fish. I’ve even tipped her thinking maybe that would make her nicer. She sure is sweet to her friends that come in though… I’ve witnessed that too. Unfortunately, she is who she is… just miserable to be working and the other employees aren’t much better. Great location otherwise, though. But I’ll come back when they have nicer people making my and my family’s subs.

I used the drive thru option today around 11 am. I ordered a sub with drink and chips. The soda was fizz with no flavor. Straight up seltzer water. The sub was really bland. No oil and vinegar as requested. Too much meat. Not sure why there was so meat on it. No receipt. I get to the window and the employee tells me a different amount, higher than what screen says. Idk, something isn’t right. Probably won’t be back anytime soon.

Catch 22… As far as the food quality of this Subway location goes… it’s great! Also kept pretty clean. Being new definitely helps. Only thing that’s worth complaining about is the customer service. Every single time I come in, the employee is a rude tween that obviously hates working and rather be anywhere else. I always try joking with them and smiling… and I get nothing but a blank stare or I get ignored. My son and I laugh about it, actually because they’re like zombies. I go there a lot so I even leave the extra tip with hopes they may treat us better. And I still get treated like an outcast. So no more tips.. and next time I’ll just order and they can go be miserable to the next customer.

I waited well over 10minutes in the drive thru for a sub when there was no one at the store …. I get the sub just to see it’s cold they clearly made it and left it… I’m not coming back to this location again

Supposed to be EXTRA white American cheese with veggies.

They made with provolone and definitely not extra (charged for it though). Hardly any vegetables. WTH ? I’ll stick with Jersey Mike’s !! Save your money and time by doing the same.. btw, tomatoes were rotten!

Tried calling the number listed. Kept getting hung up on. Arrived in person. Ordered two meatball subs. He only had enough meatballs for one. I was told that it was an 8 minute wait for the second round of meatballs. I was told that the first meatball sub would be cold by the time the second one was ready. I asked if it was logical to maybe toast the two at the same time so they were both hot. The young man agreed as if I just discovered mars. Also, young lady here also is not a friend. It's like I ordered a 5, 5, 5 dollar attitude

I’ve enjoyed this location and the service has been good. Today I went through drive thru and met a new employee a shorter girl she was incredibly snarky when I tried to pay she says with attitude “ you can hold the card machine” and laughed when I asked where to park for my order I told her she needs to work on her attitude and customer service skills cause it is not it. If this is what I’m going to experience at this location it might not be worth the trip.
