They have no clue. Ordered several of the subway series subs. Told them make it exactly the way it says and it breaks their brains. They can’t do it so they make it up. Oh yeah, they never open on time in the morning. This place is a joke. The subway in the gas station is better.

Place opened 20 mins late and the lady said it would be another 40 mins to make sandwiches. We are heading out on the water early, can’t wait all day! Don’t go here if you need it done quickly!

They forgot the veggie burger in my bowl. The bowl was saturated in dressing, to the point of being inedible.

I was ordering and her attitude was very rude, and she was talking on the phone while doing my food, and she had her kid at work with her!

Today @6pm we encountered a very rude and nasty young lady. She blame the customer for her mistake and had an attitude about it. The young gentleman there was nice and displayed excellent customer service. They need more like him in this store.

Says they close at 9 however both girls working there they decided to close at 7:45pm.

Maybe you guys should hold them accountable for refusing business prior to closing hours.

Not good service. Went in on a busy weekend at lunch time. 5 people ahead of me waiting on line. 2 workers on sandwiches. Place was getting online orders over machine. Girl mgr. Said we all must wait as online orders were made the priority over customers in store waiting to be helped. 2nd worker cleaned and brought out other items instead of .aking sandwiches. Terrible service. 3 out of 5 people waiting walked out without saying anything. Owner should take note that this happened.

Well..ordered large Steak sub.What I got was a disappointing sub! Very little meat ect an a thin bun. Live & Learn!!No more!!!

The first time in this Subway, the staff was pleasant and made the sub how I wanted it. Very clean too.

These absolute retards have made my sandwich the exact same sandwich mind you WRONG 5 times in a row now only reason it’s gotten so many chances is because I live close by and would grab it tired on my way home from work never coming back and suggest you stay away unless you like spending 10minutes picking things out of your sandwich or scraping sauce off or adding something from the fridge “sandwich artist” lmao.

The subs were pretty decent taste-wise, so my family went through them pretty quickly. However, at the end of our meal, on the very last bite I saw what looked like a roach leg ? I wouldn't be able to see it in the mix of veggies and dressing, but the last bite was just meat and cheese, so the roach leg part was clearly visible... Makes me wonder how many roach parts we consumed in our 3 footlong subs ?I tried to think of it as an "herb" but my family's consensus is nah, it is a roach leg.

For me the best Asian food or food from those parts. The special soup of the house and the special rice of the house because they add everything ? then you roast your combination, DETAIL IS ONLY FOR TAKEOUT AND ORDERS IN ADVANCE. ??????
