These absolute retards have made my sandwich the exact same sandwich mind you WRONG 5 times in a row now only reason it’s gotten so many chances is because I live close by and would grab it tired on my way home from work never coming back and suggest you stay away unless you like spending 10minutes picking things out of your sandwich or scraping sauce off or adding something from the fridge “sandwich artist” lmao.

The subs were pretty decent taste-wise, so my family went through them pretty quickly. However, at the end of our meal, on the very last bite I saw what looked like a roach leg ? I wouldn't be able to see it in the mix of veggies and dressing, but the last bite was just meat and cheese, so the roach leg part was clearly visible... Makes me wonder how many roach parts we consumed in our 3 footlong subs ?I tried to think of it as an "herb" but my family's consensus is nah, it is a roach leg.

Walked in with a nightmare order last minute. The crew didn't bat an eye when I order 12 subs. They jumped right in and handled my request without hesitation and a smile on both of their faces. You just don't find customer service like that much anymore. Wish I had gotten their names so I could give them a proper thank you. They helped make a bad day for me a lot easier.

Does not carry regular mayonnaise. Only light mayo. All other subways carry this. Workers rude when asked.
