*This isn’t a bad review for the shell regular gas station! That place is busy but quick! Clean bathrooms! Nice personnel!
*I just want to grab other truckers attention to let them know that the shell is more the regular gas station, the truck stop is at the front next to cop shop. You may not notice bc the parking lots way in the back behind the shell. There isn’t much parking in the front of the rest area/ truck stop so I’m assuming that’s what the big lot in back is for. Nice lot too!

Waited in line then were told they were out of bread. Wasted 20 minutes and kids are still hungry.

Metal cover ? Did not buy anything, you are not able to how old and crusty the food is... No more subway 4 us..

Sandwich artist that just served us is awesome. Great care in making our sandwiches and connected with my daughter in a fun and positive way. He was alone and there was a line but we did not feel rushed. He was efficient and friendly and went above and beyond.

Not sure who was behind the counter (no name tag) but very rude. I appreciated fast service, but don’t rush me so fast I don’t even know what I’m ordering.

Angelo seems like he wants to annoy people on purpose. Asked for a menu item, not a build-your-own, yet after three times of telling him I wanted it as it comes on the menu, he kept asking what I wanted on it like he was making it from scratch. To top it off, he added every single green thing he saw except the one thing he needed to add… avocado. Terrible service; it felt like he did it on purpose.

Had no bread except flat bread at 12pm and weren’t telling anyone until they got to the register to place their order.

This whole service station needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Gross. The meat on my sub club was room temperature. Ate 6” of the 12” I purchased and was worried I’d get sick if I ate anymore. The water to clean my windows at the shell station smelled so terrible I could only do one half of the windshield. They have what looks to be a “permanent” port o john for a bathroom. There are flies everywhere. Just dont, especially if you dont have to. Gross.

Maps suggested they close at 9 PM and the place was closed and with no one there by 8:15 PM. Can't rate the food because it wasn't open.
