Just went to this Subway location, off Cashmere on 10-21-25, at approx. 6:30pm. The woman who served my husband didn’t change her gloves when she cashed him out.. I ordered another sandwich and she proceeded to make the sandwich with the same gloves she used at the cash register. Because I’m so tired of arguing with these people with attitude I did not say anything, furthermore it was just a 6” . I just threw it away after leaving because with all these germs out there I didn’t want to catch anything. Subway needs to do better with training these people handling food. BTW, why can’t I see the meat and cheese anymore.. this big aluminum covering up, now you can’t even tell if the meat is fresh. We will not be going back to this location.

So, I always come to this subway because it’s close to my workplace. I went today (8-31-25) and ordered a Personal Cheese Pizza & 2x Footlong Sandwiches. I noticed that I had 3 sandwiches in the bag rather than what I ordered. The mobile order shows that I am able to order a personal pizza. Thinking there was a mistake with my order, I went inside to ask what the case might have been, the current workers were a male and a female named “Nielsa”. When I asked about the issue because I was not told about any changes to my order, the female responded in an aggressive and raised tone “SUBWAY DOESN'T MAKE PIZZAS”, additionally in a mocking manner as well. I tried explaining to her that the app shows that I can order and she continued to be rude. I told her “You don’t need to catch an attitude with me when I’m just asking why I didn’t get a pizza”. At this point, the male worker stepped in to help and explain that other subways do in fact sell pizza but this current one does not, which is all I was asking for. I asked the male worker to write her name down as a precautionary measure so that you are aware of the specific worker, because this wasn’t the first case that she has caused issues to just me but also my boyfriend. Additionally, everything but the cheese was cooked, meaning it was possible they toasted it and put the cheese afterwards. If the name is incorrect, I can give descriptive features but it should be around the time 4:04PM when I walked in. This wasn’t the only issue I’ve had with this store as well. When it came to my food, it would tend to be burnt to a crisp such as cookies and sandwiches. The cookies would be way too hard to eat as if they were kept in the oven for 2x longer than their allocated time. Unfortunately, I wish I was lying when I say that she wasn’t the only worker that has caused problems for me. Sometimes, it would be a middle-aged or a teenager, my order would sometimes be missing, they would be distracted by their phones either in a call and laughing or doing something unrelated to work when there are customers waiting. There have been numerous cases where I had to cancel my order because they told me to wait another 30-45 minutes because it’s not ready even though I placed it 25-30 minutes for pickup before my lunch starts. When I arrive, the store is empty so I don’t see a valid excuse on why my food isn’t ready by the time I get there and forced to wait another 30-45 minutes. Everytime I come to this specific subway, it is absolutely impossible to mention even one visit was good. There is never a win-win scenario with this store. It has always been an issue after another that it just feels like I am wasting my hard earned money just to be disrespected for just simply asking questions and ordering ahead of time. What is the point of a mobile app to order ahead of time if it takes longer than ordering in-person?

How is it that ever time we come here after 5pm magically the bathroom is out of order?? We've been in on the earlier afternoon for lunch and it worked fine. There are 2 bathrooms and clearly 1 is for the employees only. Maybe hire a better Plummer. Or maybe tell your young employees to stop telling everybody that the bathroom is out of order because they don't want to have to clean it, especially since you have to have a working bathroom to have a restaurant license in Florida.

I ordered a sandwich, employee didn’t ask me what kind of cheese i wanted (not a big deal) but then i present a coupon which is valid until the end of the month, and lil bro says “we don’t accept coupons”.

Young employee very rude and very unprofessional! Didn't look at me the whole time serving me and wanted to charge me extra money for something that is suppose to come on the sub I ordered. Gave me a cheap bag that broke before walking out and didn't acknowledge me or offer a new bag; total disaster!

Every single time food is ordered it is missing something. Called to get it corrected Crystal Falcon hung up in my face.
If you want food made right go to another store- this location is way below on the standard of quality food, or customer service.
The order is literally submitted in writing and they still cannot get it right. Yes ? you deserve $15 plus an hour ?

Just simply a terrible location to get a simple sub.
