I had ordered a cookie from here and it was the worst I’ve ever had, i immediately spit it out. I asked if they were fresh and they were far from it. 0/10

Young employee very rude and very unprofessional! Didn't look at me the whole time serving me and wanted to charge me extra money for something that is suppose to come on the sub I ordered. Gave me a cheap bag that broke before walking out and didn't acknowledge me or offer a new bag; total disaster!

Every single time food is ordered it is missing something. Called to get it corrected Crystal Falcon hung up in my face.
If you want food made right go to another store- this location is way below on the standard of quality food, or customer service.
The order is literally submitted in writing and they still cannot get it right. Yes ? you deserve $15 plus an hour ?

I ate in that Subway 4 years ago and it sent me 3 days to the hospital with stomach ache out there tradition hospital

4 thin slices of roast beef on a whole sandwich for 12.99. Nope I won't go back. Sorry subway. Associates were very pleasant. Place was clean.

Go to your store often to buy subs, because it's next to my child's karate. Went in tonight to use the bathroom and was going to get a drink afterward. Was yelled at by your employee that the bathroom was closed. I asked if it was broken and she said no, just closed. So, you can't even provide a functioning bathroom for your customers? You have to, one of which you already closed to make an employee bathroom. Until businesses stop hiring rude, attitude having young employees they will continue to lose business. I have a family member that owned several subway franchises and this behavior would not be tolerated. Unbelievable.
I love this subway. The owners/workers here really care about service and quality. The food is great. And the store is spotless as if employees care.As for previous review comments and photos….What type of person would allow someone to continue building there sandwich if you saw something wrong with the product and not say anything?? Why? Same goes for employee. Who would intentionally keep an insect on the food and continue deliberately? Come on. The bad reviewers profile speaks volumes about themselves. Just click on it and you’ll be blown away.Please visit this subway. They’re opened the earliest and latest in all of PSL.

It has to be this location because I have been going to other Subway locations for years and have come here several times, and they have the worst stale cookies I have ever tried at a Subway franchise. It looks like they put the fresh cookies in the front and the stale cookies in the back so the cashier is giving customers old, dry, stale cookies. The cookies don't even taste like Subway cookies, disgusting.I really hope this place gets audited by the health system, if they have any auditors in PSL (because in the south, this place would have been shut down) for giving customers poor quality food.
