I went in the Eastport Subway to order a sub and it was soooo hot that I couldn't even order. The gentlemen behind the counter, Logan was so nice and polite and tried to accommodate me but I couldn't stand the heat in the store. I felt so badly for him and for any employee that has to work under those conditions.

Participate in the specials that arrive by mail. Some points: The oven did NOT heat the subs like I'm used to. I had to put them on the microphone at home. The BNT I bought was NOT complete. They only put salami and pepperoni. The restaurant was a little hot. (Need to check air conditioner).

Went into this subway and was blown away by the amazing treatment Logan gave me. He is young and showed great professionalism. Logan was kind and listened to what I wanted on my sub. He made an amazing tuna sub. It's nice to see such a young man with great, positive attitude at work and being the only one there on his own. Additionally, the store was very clean. Thanks for the great experience Logan.

We have ordered from here multiple times, every time the order is prepared wrong. This time i showed up after 30 minutes and my order was still not complete, it wasnt even started so he started it when i walked in. Ordered a cold cut sub with no mayonnaise on it and recieved mayonnaise. Ordered a Turkey with light mayonnaise and got extra. The entire Turkey sub was drenched. Ordered pepper jack Cheese on the cold cut and recieved american. Just seems like the empolyees are understaffed and arent reading the tickets right and or out of ingredients as well.

After a long day of moving, we stopped at Subway for dinner. Dylan was the only person working the store and I have to say, we were so impressed by his professionalism and efficiency. Although there were multiple customers in the store, he took care of each order quickly and was polite and attentive. Great service doesn’t always come often and so we wanted to give him a shout out for helping us to end a long day on a positive note!

As soon as I stepped foot into the plaza, there were a lot of flies everywhere. The customs service was terrible. One of the employees was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Had zero manners what so ever towards my daughter even though she was respectful and showed manner the entire time. She wasn't very polite and looked like she didn't want to be there. The woman had long dreads, and she looked like she was in her mid-50s. Didn't even have an apatite anymore to eat my sub after all that. Never coming back!

This is literally the worst subway in Port Saint Lucie. unprofessional staff, gross attitudes, gross sandwiches. Whatever 2 girls working on Saturday at 2pm (Older dark haired lady & younger blonde hair lady) really needs their attitudes readjusted or they need to find new jobs because the food industry/ customer service is NOT for them. Horrible experience and you bet corporate will be getting a call.!
