The lady who was working there could not have been Kinder more patient or any nicer. But as far as subway goes this place needs to be updated seriously. the one off St James is incredible they should go over there and take a look.

I order for pick up amd get home to eat it. There was gray brownish hair in my daughter food and mine. I called and spoke with the manager and she was rude said ant no way in hell. I brought it back and it was same color as hers. She wasnt wearing a hair net.

Logan was exceptional at this location. My son loves subway so he gets gift cards for it. He had enough for the meal of the day. Logan was following every food safety rule, was polite, helpful, respectful, and from now on we will be making sure he’s working before we go in to order. One of the best, and cleanest restaurant workers I’ve seen in years, anywhere.

Horrible experience, everything I wanted, they have gotten rid of and no longer carrys spinach wraps and mozz cheese, they didnt even have ranch dressing!! Go to publix instead, youll get a better sub or wrap n prolly spend less, wawa can do better than they did

The bread was so stale and the tuna inside the sandwich was hiding from it I think, because there sure wasn’t much to see. Subway used to make their own bread, is that not the case anymore? If the bread had at least been fresh I could have forgiven the minuscule amount of tuna. I may try the one on Prima Vista and see if it’s any better. If not I’ll be going elsewhere.

First off they don’t honor coupons at this location which is strange because I’ve used it before at the very location sandwich maker was upset that I was using one and burnt my sandwich making it extra toasted without even asking me, had extra attitude when I asked question and the bread to meat ratio is insanely disproportionate. Lastly the lady that made my sandwich was definitely rude and unprofessional I say watch for her she had ginger-ish hair and wears it in a pony most the time I would not come back to this location simply because how rude and unprofessional she was

This subway never accept online coupon orders, only in store, whats the point of being a subway franchise if customers cannot order online for pick up with coupons.

It's a shame these employees have been working in this store for months with no AC. There's never more than one person working at a time. Don't get me wrong, all the employees I've encountered were super nice, it's not their fault the AC don't work.

I guess the posted hours don't apply? Arrived with 15 minutes till close and the doors were locked, open sign off...lights were on inside though. I would imagine if you're going to close up early, or even not be open, that you'd post a sign on the door saying that — maybe even why!
