Sweet Basil Italiano

This was my first time dining at Sweet Basil. The atmosphere was great, place clean and the food hot and delicious. Great portions. Prompt service. Great value for the money. Our server Amanda was awesome! I had a great experience at Sweet Basil and highly recommend.

My wife loved the lasagna but I found the sauce a bit blah. My linguine Vongole was disappointing. Although there were clam shells in the dish there were actually NO fresh clams in them, they were canned chopped clams over the pasta. (Yes I can tell the difference). The white clam sauce was also a bit blah. (Please, I pray you don’t reuse the clam shells). Plus $26 for pasta and canned clams is a bit much.
The rest of our party enjoyed their meals. Maybe I just selected the wrong dish. Service was very good and spot on!
I’m giving a very generous 4 star review because I can’t give 3 1/2. I will give it another try because I never dump a restaurant after one visit. I believe in redemption.

I haven't taken the time to actually sit inside of this restaurant and eat but the pizza and the staff are absolutely amazing! No matter if you go right when they open or later on in the evening the quality is always wonderful and well worth whatever you pay whenever you go!

My friend and I went here for her birthday and it was outstanding! Food and service were top notch. Highly recommend the ricotta meatball appetizer. They brought my friend a cannoli on the house for her birthday and gave her a gift card. They were all so sweet.

Sweet Basil's is one of our favorites places to eat. We enjoyed the $14.95 pasta night, that had lots of different dishes to choose from. Everything was hot & delicious. Portions are large & had plenty of leftovers to take home. We were celebrating my Mom's 89th birthday. At the end of our meal they came out & put confetti on the table, a birthday napkin, gave her a large cannoli with a candle in it, sang happy birthday & then gave her a $15 gift certificate to be used on her next visit! My Mom was so touched by the sweet gesture. We have been going there since they first opened & will continue to enjoy their amazingly delicious food for years to come!

A small intimate Italian Restaurant serving amazing food, huge portions and reasonable prices. The beer and wine selection is fairly priced at a glass of Cabernet is $8.00 and a Modelo is $5.00. Portions are huge and dishes are packed with flavor. Our server Amanda was very attentive and knowledgeable. This place is truly a hidden gem.
