Horrible service. These people have advertised hours on their door and several times that I have come here they were never open. Called to verify that they were opening for the day just to be told that they won’t be opening until an hour and half after their posted hours. Not coming here again. I might have to drive further but there is better food out there.

Let me cut to the chase, this does NOT taste like authentic Jamaican food. The jerk chicken was SKIMP and they put “jerk sauce” which was actually barbecue. The rice was more like rice and beans instead of rice and peas. No coconut in it. Asked for gravy on the rice, it was so watery I couldn’t even taste it or see it. I’m sorry, I would NEVER go there again. I don’t know if it’s cause I’m from NY and tasted AUTHENTIC Jamaican food but this just wasn’t it.

The restaurant looked nice. The lady working seemed nice. Got oxtails and spicy beef patties. Oxtails were good but smaller than I’ve had at other places. Not much meat for $27. Beef patties were good and spicy but one again very little filling. I’d go back

Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by the owner with a warm and gentle smile. The menu board featured a good selection of options and I wasn’t rushed to order. The atmosphere was welcoming and the decor was nice, so I decided to dine in. The food was delicious! The curry goat was moist and seasoned well with the right amount of spice. The rice was fluffy and peas were perfect. The plantains were sweet and cooked well (not thick and undercooked like most places). The owner was very pleasant with each customer that came in and the gospel music playing in the background was a nice touch. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and I will definitely be returning.

Did they change the cook?
Asking for a friend.
Excellent service by the young lady at the register. Food was ok but a bit expensive. Quick service. Update 2/16/2023. Went to purchase patties which were available in the case. Was rudely told by the owner Tricia , that I needed to place an order for 12 patties. She said that it was her lunch rush period and that she needed the patties for her customers. There should be a sign alerting clients about the policy. I understand that she could potentially sell all her patties at lunch but I was willing to also purchase them. It really is not about what you say but how you say things that matters. Attitude is everything and I was extremely disappointed by her crass, uncouth demeanor.

Restaurantji Recommends
Not open at 8:51 am on a Saturday. Very disappointing.
Ms Tee needs to learn good customer service skills when it comes to having a business, she never smiles nor greet her customers but wants your money. I have been coming there for some time and she always looking mad and this is not good as a business owner. I will definitely take my money elsewhere because money is accepted everywhere and NEVER go back and forth with a paying customer when the customer has a complaint!!

I was very disappointed in the rude owner who complained that we used the bathroom right away upon arrival.
She said we should have asked but no one was at the front counter to ask…. So we left…

The curry chicken was missing d curry. Gravy watered-down. Jerk SALTY, no Island flavor like garlic thyme recao etc Don't mind hi-price but it should be quality NOT quantity.
My experience in d area many establishments more concern abt profit, but if it doesn't taste good customers not returning & d public becomes aware. Can't imagine anything taste better
Recommend: Jerk City, Calypso Cuisine in Ft Pierce, it's worth d drive

You can't have bad food and horrible customer service. Not everyone is for the service industry.
