Ashley said she’d make sure my order was just right and fresh when my ubereats delivery took too long/kept reassigning drivers. The food came completely wrong- my husband is allergic to several ingredients that he toggled have omitted from his food. The ingredients he was allergic to were still on his food. I’m grateful we thought to check the food before eating it. I get it’s a hard job but please read instructions so you don’t give someone an allergic reaction out pure carelessness. Thanks for making a crummy situation even worse.

This location is a joke it truly genuinely is i love taco bell but this place will make you hate it all the food is bare minimal and if you order more then 3 things I promise you one will be missing if not wrong anyone one that gives this 4 or 5 stars is lying i promise I have been there enough and my time is done

I ordered a chicken chalupa, and I received a sour cream chalupa. I didn't know it was possible to put that much sour cream in a chalupa. I squeezed it out and the more I squeezed, the more sour cream poured out. I am assuming it was a prank.

They'll take fresh orders right in front of you and make them instead of doing orders through the official app that were placed 15 minutes ago. When asked about why, they shrugged it off and said "not their problem". Jokes man.
I loved Taco Bell when I was a teenager. I loved the chicken, or beef Meximelt. It was cheap and delicious. Those items aren't on the menu anymore. RIP Taco Bell 😭

Brooke Ann went above and beyond to make me feel valued as a customer. She even recommended the new menu item, and wow, it did not disappoint. It’s clear she takes pride in her work, and her positive energy is contagious. This location is lucky to have such a superstar.
