I did my order on the app and you just go to the drive-thru speaker and let him know that you have a online order they say your name and then tell you to pull forward. It is the easiest thing to do than standing in line and looking at a menu inside a store. Order online, the convenience is ridiculous you get to the speaker and then you just go you don't even have to place an order anymore. And then they're fast when you pick up your food. There hasn't been a time where they got my order wrong, and that's something that matters when you go through drive-thru. I highly highly highly recommend using the app for ordering instead of ordering at the store or at the drive-through speaker.

Went there tonight and asked if the empanadas were fresh. Guy in the back said yes. Ordered two. They were not fresh. They were reheated! One was soggy full of grease and the other so over cooked it was disgusting. I tell the guy at the window and he just stares at you. It’s simple, be honest and I won’t order those I’ll get something else. Another $20 down the drain. Last week it was a 12 pack of cinnabons they were so dried out they probably were sitting all day. Again you tell them and they just stare at you. They don’t answer the phone…now I understand why! No manager on site at night. It’s ridiculous. It’sNot a hard job!
