Went in to have lunch with the family. My sister is mentally disabled so she doesn’t understand things. I asked for a cup of water for her to get water. My sister thought I had paid for the cup so she got juice instead of water. As my sister walked to the table I told her it was for water and before she can respond the black lady up front snatched the cup and rudely said “so you wanna pay for that?” And throws it away. The employee shouldn’t come on customers like that without knowing the situation.

The morning worker on a bike threaten to call police on my son for using WiFi to order a Lyft they are very weird
I ordered 2 beef crunchy tacos. There was hardly any meat in them. All lettuce and cheese!! Very disappointed.

The food was good. The service was ok, but no one said anything to me. They just shouted the name of my order. The floor was very sticky, and the sauce section was a mess.

VERY UPSET AND HOPE YOUR GM SEES THIS!
I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I just left this establishment and ordered a Nachos Belgrande with light beans. I added some extra stuff and initially told them no beans, BUT then decided to get a little. I also ordered extra chips. I received my food and took a bite. As I did, I noticed a spoiled smell. At first, I wasn't sure if it was the meat or beans, but I know my nostrils were not fooling me. I went back thru the line so kindly and asked if they could remake the dish w/o the beans, and I explained to them that the beans smelled a little spoiled, or like they were about to start going bad. I also explained that I worked for the Bell in my teen years, so I know they are made every day, but I was just scared to eat this with that smell. The tall blond guy at the drive thru was less than accommodating and basically asked me, "What do you want me to do about it?" He then went on to say, you said you worked for us, so you know we make them fresh. (HE tried to turn my words) I then explained to him that I only told him about my experience working there for him to understand that I wasn't trying to complain, but something was definitely wrong. I probably should have just said nothing, and maybe he would have been more customer service friendly. This upset me extremely!😡 Why not just say sorry for the mishap and replace the food without taking me through a whole disappointing spill and accusation? He offered No apology whatsoever. Why would I need to lie about what I smelled? On top of that, I was extremely polite about it. PLEASE, IF THIS WAS A MANAGER, THEN IM FLOORED. Do better Taco Bell at this location. It seems ALL OF YOUR REVIEWS FOR THIS LOCATION IS 1 STAR! I wish I got his name because I want him to know that the way he handled me made GOOGLE! I won't ever visit this location again, and I feel I'm owed an apology. CORPORATE HAS BEEN EMAILED!

It's been a while since I've been to this taco bell. We waited 30 minutes for our food while watching the drive thru clearing out their line twice. When I asked what was taking so long I was told that the girl was new. Bless her heart she was doing a great job BUT, management could do better and get the girl some help. 3 people working the drive thru while a new employee is working up front is disrespectful. Not only to the customer but also to the new employee.

I preordered $50 worth of food and they crammed it all into one bag. Everything was smashed. The Mexican pizza was on the bottom of the bag and unrecognizable. I've never had an issue at any of the taco bells before but this is the last time I will order from this one. If I could post pictures of the food, I would. But it didn't give me the option, for some reason.

I went to order 4 cheesy double beef burritos and 2 large baja blasts and the intercom lady mistakes it as Mexican melts with a large Baja and a large Mountain Dew I’m never coming back here

Everything is always chaotic there when you go in. Everyone is either hard to find or back laughing and not able to helo. Dashers wait way too long sitting at the counter for food that should be done when they arrive! It’s not a reliable place
