slow service and the server was just ugly and rude to my mother in law. we ordered a couple of appetizers and a kids meal. waited 15 mins for drinks, and 30 mins for food...the place was dead so no idea what took so long. we got the check and boxes along with our food since we waited so long. Her reasoning for the long wait was "chicken wings take a long time to cook"...(it doesn't take 30 mins for 6 wings to cook) which she snidely told my MIL a few times. I literally requested to bring out food as it was ready. Sub par food and service, your money is better spent at Chili's.

Sitting so far for 17 min with no waitress approaching. Others seated after us and served first. Still waiting….

Highly disappointed, ordered delivery for lunch while at work today. Food was delivered twenty minutes past time given, and then they forgot part of the order. Got an attitude when I asked if they could bring remaining parts of the order. Food was good, service terrible. I used to order from here frequently, took a break as service was slipping, decided to try again and now I'm not sure I'll order from there again. It's sad.

Been going there for a few years now with our group of 12 or more every week for football. They have always accommodated us with enough tvs for our group to sit together.
Every game I spend 150+/- . Today she was not accommodating. There was an area for all of us to sit with 3 tvs. She told me she has our game on 1 tv and that is it. I told that she was accommodating another group and told me that this is there den. I will no longer be going there to watch football and looking for another place to accommodate us as a group.
The only reason I go there is to be with the group.
I will no longer spend my money for her subpar food.
If anyone wants tp host a group of 12 or more for football let me know.

We ordered a variety of dishes. Everything was excellent. Finished it off with fried cheesecake, that was amazing ending to the meal.

We have been going to this place for a long time. Yesterday we went and Iwas EXTREMELY disappointed in the food. Wow, used to be so much better.

Greeter was very friendly, our waitress Aubrey was awesome and wonderful customer service.
The food came out on time.
Plenty of seating and parking.
The food was good, could have used just a bit more flavor in the burgers but… we will definitely be back.

First time coming here and we were excited. The menu has many options that look good. However both of our dishes didn’t taste very great the mash potato’s taste like bad instant potatoes. The waitress hardly checked on us and didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the menu. We are willing to try this place again one more time in the future might have been a bad day. On the upside the bathrooms are the most beautiful restrooms I have ever seen at a restaurant.

Aubree was a wonderful waitress very friendly and great service . Food was horrible would have rather went to fast food then spend 50$ it . Fries were room temperature , old and dried out . Husbands coleslaw was horrible ribs not that wonderful either. None of the food was very appetizing. Pickles were $.50 cents extra . Music was great . Wouldn’t be back though unfortunately due to the food.

Sat for almost 15 mins before having someone take our drink orders. Boyfriend ordered 16 wings with Cajun rub. The wings were the most bland thing I think I ever tasted. He also only got 10 wings. I ordered a burger and fries. It wasn't bad, but nothing to write home about. Unfortunately between the wings and service this wad a one and done. Food took entirely way too long. The table behind us was complaining about how long it took to be greeted as well and the table next to them was waiting a long time to order desert as well. Also, the water tastes like the ice maker needs to be cleaned.
