first time customer, and i will definitely be returning! we ordered a brisket sandwich & a rack of ribs- WOW! everything was seasoned to perfection and cooked beautifully, so flavorful that the sauce is not needed but nice to have. Rich had excellent customer service- he was very personable, offered for us to try the meat before paying, and provided plenty of paper towels for us too. i already can’t wait for our next visit!

1st time customer and lucky enough not only to be openly welcomed by Rich, but that he also had a full rack of ribs left for purchase late in the afternoon. The ribs were some of the best ever, especially given not everyone does St Louis cut. Ribs and burnt ends were both flavorful and juicy that the sauce wasn't required, but was still delicious as a side accompaniment. Thanks Rich for the exceptional service, I look forward to returning on my next visit to PSL.

We are a black family business, and what was just pulled on us today is exactly why we cannot grow and support each other.As a black community, this man of this company, whoever took my order.I have the text message to prove.Promised me that it will be ready today and then I get a message saying.He got me saturday after promising me.It will be done today and talking about no refund.You gonna give me my money back.
Ordered Brisket and Spare Ribs from Rich for my in laws and everyone raved about it. Rich is a super nice guy and loves his craft and it shows. You will not be disappointed

first time here today and it was the best choice we could have made. the service was so friendly and welcoming and the brisket was FIREEE so juicy and STACKED. just the smell when you pull up will entice you. it’s no wonder he sells out so fast because this is the best brisket in all of the tri-county area that i’ve tried. major kudos to this man.

I’ve had a ton of bbq and I gotta hand it to Rich. I bought a brisket sandwich along with a pulled pork sandwich to try out and both were absolutely amazing. The meat has a very nice sweet flavor along with pepper and salt. Neither honestly needed any sauce. The sandwiches are massive so they will last me a few meals 😂. I’ll definitely be back and definitely preorder as he sells out fast.
