They gave me incorrect orders. They're not listening when customers place their orders.

Great place to grab a quick bite. The service here is always exceptional. Clean and welcoming environment. I tried another Chinese restaurant up the street and instantly regretted it. I never cheated on jade since. 100/10 if you ask me

Food is pretty good but im not sure why they jip you on the rice of all things??

This was by far one of my worst experiences. I spent over 40$ on my meal and everything about it was horrible. In this economy you'd think a good meal would be easy to find smh , My wonton Soup tasted like old socks. One of the worst flavors I've ever had with wonton. The Beef fried rice I ordered was okay. The Sugar Donuts Was horrible and a waste of money honestly And they forget something that I paid for in my order, the food was so bad , it was no point of going back and complaining. I would Rate this place 1/10. If you want to be happy spending your hard earned money DO NOT COME HERE , I REPEAT DO NOT.

Usually, The Jade Bowl is on point. I ordered 2 sweet and sour chicken dinners last night and they gave me only one container with the sweet and sour sauce. Additionally the container was a quarter filled.
Food is good. Just include what we pay for please.

Pineapple shrimp was a soggy mess. The shrimp coating wasn't even cooked. Hot and salad soup was okay.wonton soup was average.fried rice had no flavor..

Food was better a few years ago until this place went under new ownership my wife ordered some food from jade bowl yesterday which was
May 24,2025 my honey garlic Chicken sauce was all in the bottom of the bag where it spilled and no sauce on my chicken it was dry and taste like freezer the egg rolls have gotten very cheap not an ounce of cabbage inside of it frozen eggrolls from Walmart would’ve tasted better. We did also order spring rolls. Those were OK. My wife also ordered a platter that came as a sampler with shrimp, tempura chicken, wings, and steak on a stick. The steak on a stick was like eating beef jerky very tough and chewy very well overcooked don’t recommend. The best thing on their menu is there fried rice that’s the only thing this place has going for it everything else is take it or leave it and a little pricey now as well better off going to a Chinese buffet you get your moneys worth

Ordered thru uber eat a pound of black mussels and half pound of crab legs. Gave me 5 pieces of mussels !!!! If u ran out of mussels why u would u still add 5 mussel for the price of $15 ?!?!?!. Got a 6 dollars refund from uber eat other than that can’t do anything about it…. Would not recommend.
