I placed an order online to pick up. When I got to my car I checked the order , like I always do. I noticed how light the tacos were and that the cheese was only half full. I went back in and mentioned that they were skimping on the portions. The staff stated they were under new management and he is super picky with the portion sizes. I paid $20 for this meal, and I received maybe $10 worth. Terrible

My family and I went to TF last night for the Taco Tuesdayz deal. It was extremely busy with door-dash orders, dining in customers, on top of having new faces in training. There was at least 7 people waiting on door-dash orders plus customers waiting to be helped. Gabi and Andrea handled themselves like professionals. Trying to bust out orders, while apologizing to customers for the long wait and trying to maintain the lobby of people. I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant and could've complained but WHY?! I understand customer service. We frequent there and understand Tuesdays are busy days. Its a heck of a deal! :) These ladies were working so hard and of course there is ALWAYS one bad egg; a man who kept telling everyone, he has waited 30+ minutes for his order and loudly saying what is the problem... blah blah blah. Andrea kept coming out to the man, apologizing and offered a refund/free meal next time. My husband spoke up and told him the more he kept bothering them, the longer it would take to get his order. The lobby had multiple dirty tables from customers who had finished/left (prior to us even arriving). I wanted to start bussing tables to be helpful! Point of Review: Gabi and Andrea are GREAT employees and you should be proud to have them on staff!

Had food catered here. After picking up my order and serving it to my party, we realized they left out all the meat, including the meats I paid extra for. Only option given to me, was to pick it up while I was hosting an event. This was definitely an inconvenience being that I tipped ahead of time to make sure none of this would happen. Had to talk to three different managers over the course of a week till one finally offered a $25 gift card to Tijuana Flats. Don’t think I’ll be returning.

The cashier was patient, informative, and kind. Music was good and the food was delicious! This was my first time eating in. We usually order delivery at work, but this was a great experience!

Ordered a burrito with just steak, Mexican rice, and black beans only. What I got was six pieces of steak, a half scoop of rice, a handful of beans, and a bunch of other items not wanted such as sour cream, jalapenos, diced tomatoes, and lettuce. Not what I ordered and not able to eat due it being smothered in sour cream, tomatoes, and jalapenos. Would not recommend to anyone. Pretty hard to mess up a simple order

ARCANE MENTALITY

I stop by Tijuana flats in st lucie before heading back to miami and it was honestly the best experience I ever had. Was helped by Lloyd and his sense of humor and charismatic attitude made my experience the best I’ve had. I went with my girl and her daughter and it was their first time and they loved it. He was so helpful and attentive to us that it was worth making the stop and dining in. Forever grateful for this day and I hope he continues to make peoples day like he made ours. You’re awesome Lloyd !!!!!

The food was pretty good. Definitely tasty and generous. I had the shrimp quesadilla with tortilla chips. I just can’t figure out why one needs to pay an additional $2.99 for a side of queso cheese.
Nachos and cheese customarily goes together hand in hand and I think this is taking advantage of a consumer’s desire for this favorite combo by charging extra for cheese.
That would be like Cracker Barrel charging extra for their gravy if you wanted it on your mashed potatoes.
Regarding the atmosphere, THE MUSIC IS TOO LOUD! Your Stuart, FL location has the same issue as well. Please rectify this annoyance. I had to raise my voice when I speak to my wife and vise versa when we engaged in dinner conversation.
My son has autism, and refuses to eat there as he is hypersensitive to loud noises.
This place gets kudos though as their wall of fame highlights their contributory efforts financially to their local community.

This restaurant on Port st Lucie west is the worst. They are extremely slow and the manager ( think his name is Anthony) is terrible. I heard him saying later for these customers they just have to wait. The cashier apologized for him being so rude.

This was our first dinner out to Tijuana Flats in Port Saint Lucie. FL. I was taking my husband out for his birthday and we were amazed by the service we received! We had an unknown issue with a gift card we planned to pay with.The manager was more than accomadting and we ended up having our meal comped. The food was absolutely delish and we will be back a hundred more times!

This place takes so long to make your order. 17 employees walking around but no one actually working. I don’t recommend this place if you want your food in less than 30 minutes
