I ALWAYS give a place 3-5 times before I write a negative review, 1 out of 5 times your food will be ready, the REST of the time you will be waiting FIFTEEN PLUS MINUTES AFTER PICKUP TIME to get your food, it has been this way, without fail. You guys are literally in the top 5 worst places to deliver from off St Lucie west.For clarification of timeline:Order received 5:10ish, arrived 5:20ish, saw 3 other people waiting on food, see pickup time is 5:26, no problem, go wait in my car, come back 10 minutes later... still not done, not handed order until 5:46.... Thank you for making this 6$ order take an entire hour effectively making me earn less than minutes wage, FOR TWO FLAUTAS!!!!!!!!

Food seemed good ate my first burrito didn’t notice but a faint smell but thought it was normal maybe ,then started smelling a stronger fish smell on other one avery strange smell not sure what was done but it has a fish smell on the burrito after eating it got sick. This place has gotten my order wrong on so many occasions and I always let it go and thought everyone has bad days but it’s been consistent bad issues after this and feeling sick it time to part ways. I would highly recommend checking you order especially now on to be safe.

Is there a manager that is present ever ? Do they look at the food that goes out? … 3 weeks in a row of cold steak and ground beef missing half the ingredients ordered. I even said to the girl “ohh look your busy I made the mistake of coming when it wasn’t” thinking it was a fluke thing during the week.. is the food safe ? Was it at temp ever? Do better.

Ordered an online pick up order from there yesterday. Ordered at 6pm and it said the order would be ready by 6:11pm. I get there and they hadn’t even started the order. Walked out at 6:20pm….not a big deal ultimately except the food wasn’t even cooked fully, and other food was cold that should have been hot and fresh. On top of everything, the burrito tortilla was stale.

Not for usWas expecting more of a traditional mexican restaurant as oppose to mexican american. We have never ate nor stepped foot inside a Tijuana flats and now I see why. Google said there was a 15 minute wait I didnt see where because there was not a single person inside the restaurant. We just ordered the nachos and they were not as good as I thought. Hubby said it was ok. I am not the person to post reviews but I just had to. I am not sure if all the google reviews are legit but to each of their own. The service was ok there was maybe 3 workers and no customers just us.We waited 5 minutes at the counter to wait for someone after we asked for the menus. We ate our food and noticed there was not a single trash can to put our trash. I cleaned the table and went up to the lady in the back. I asked where do we put the garbage she said just leave everything on the table and we will clean it. I just gave her my tray and said thank you. I find that kind of wierd since its not an actual restaurant vibe. All in all we might not go again but the staff was super friendly but slow service.

I have ordered a Mega beef Taco Salad in the past and it was delicious, but the last few times I've came there has been very disappointing. I spent $15.71 for a Mega beef Taco Salad and im Very disappointed. This was just thrown together because everyone is playing in the kitchen so unorganized. I didn't get everything I asked for on my Salad and had to wait 15 minutes to get my food. Please do better!!

What. Is. Going. On. New management or what? Order was placed and didn’t receive a whole entree so I had to drive back. They forgot jalapeños on my tacos and the blackened chicken was not good quality. MANAGER get it together

Be nice if they had more than 1 person in the kitchen . I waited 15 min for an Uber eats that wasn't even started when I cancelled my order and left . And on a sanitary note ....the girl with the blond streaks in her hair who wipes her hands on her shorts every 5 seconds should probably have gloves on when she's handing people their food

I placed my order at 3:25 thinking it’d most likely be done or on verge of being done but when i got in and told her my pickup name she said it didn’t even print out … like are you serious rn .. so she prints and says to wait a few minutes . so i did that , i saw at least 5 - 6 ppl walk out after placing or picking theirs up .. not worth my time again .

The service was great. But the dish was horrible. Got the Dos tacos and didn't even touch it. Took it back have it to the server and said this is worst than Taco Bell. Didn't ask for my money back was just disgusted. Good luck
