Tropical Smoothie Cafe

There needs to be an adult here that knows how to handle situations. I place online orders to pick up my food and 3 times now in 1 week I get home and half my ingredients are not on my sandwich. They don't say anything about it when I pick up my food either. And today was the worst, they were too lazy to pull more avocado out of the freezer to make my food properly. They just left it off and thought that was ok

We got to choose what we wanted in our smoothies.. the cashier was very helpful.

Came in around 5 PM today was greeted by such a nice girl at the counter with blue hair she made sure my order was correct and was so welcoming waited about 3 minutes and another nice guy came up to me with my food and handed it to me and made sure I had everything and he made my food exactly how I asked!!!

This Tropical Smoothie was very disappointing. They had no ingredients, making me have to change my order last minute, and they took ages to give me my food. When I finally got it after 20 minutes, the pesto chicken flatbread was dry and hard. Not only was there only two people working, they didn’t know what they were doing either. Overall, the experience was not great and I would not recommend ever going here.

This place is beyond slow. They don’t have enough supplies and they sit there and talk with each other. The food was poorly made. The whole operation is pathetic. Worst, and slowest, tropical smoothie in the area. Don’t waste your time here. Extremely understaffed on top of all of this.

My food was practically completely ruined by how burnt it was. It wasn’t even edible. This is ridiculous, didn’t even wanna waste my time getting my money back because I knew I would be waiting another hour. Don’t waste any more time or money than you have to by going here..

Been a fan since before 2013 when I was so excited to see Beyond Meat added then after several years it was removed from the menu. I was crushed. They have since added another meatless protein which I'm not interested to try I want Beyond Meat back however I still visit often it's still a staple. Also note some locations can be overly high priced.

Smoothies were fine and tasted great. Only issue is that service took a little while though so maybe more staff is needed?

Went in there around 7:30 and the guys that were working were so kind and polite. The smoothie was good, and my food was fresh and hot. If you go in ask for Pedro or Collin.

Staff consists of high school kids with no oversight of management. Food was under cooked, and made incorrectly. Overall customer experience is your typical Gen Z, which is little to nothing. Customer service is what retains business. Reconsider your business model.

Location is consistently understaffed leading to long delays for food and frequent mistakes. Location is popular with city hall across the street with hundreds of employees and there are often only 2 people working to make those orders. Waits of 1+ hour food food are common. Food itself is great when it's made correctly.

So this was very slow take me 22minutes to get drink, but otherwise good location

Today I got to meet the owner and she was absolutely delightful. Will be coming back this location was super clean and her team was so fast and friendly!!! Love this location !

I had a great experience at this location for the first time. Both girls making the food and smoothies were so sweet and super fast! Highly recommend!!

I was there a week ago, waited for a while to be served. Manager walked in with the most ridiculous outfit and ignored that customer is priority. I had to call upon the staff to be served. I wonder who hired these folks.

The girl making the smoothies was so sweet while I asked a million questions. She made me the perfect smoothie and I will be back
