Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Just don’t do it!!! Stay far away!!! I usually do not go to this location but I was on my way to Jensen Beach and Stuart to do some shopping and it was on the way. I have never ever had an issue with ANY other Topical Smoothie location that I normally go to. On Sunday 12/15/24 I went to this location and ordered 3 different smoothies. We got in the car and started driving and got distracted for a couple minutes so we didn’t drink the smoothies right away. Once we put the straws in and started drinking them we knew something was wrong. The smoothies had a very bitter taste to them to the point that it kind of burned the back of our throats. I immediately called the store and explained to them what was going on. I spoke with Melissa (if she gave me her actual name) who told me the manager would be in around 4:30 and I could speak to her then. By the time we got done shopping it was hours later so I was not going to keep these nasty smoothies in my car for 5 hours and then return them. Jensen beach and Stuart are no where near this location and Melissa did not say that the smoothies needed to be returned. Fast forward…I got done shopping hours later but once I was headed back home I stopped back at the location and spoke with Becka who was super sweet! She said she would be speaking with the owner to process a refund and she would be calling me to let me know when the refund would be processed. Fast forward again to Wednesday…I still didn’t hear anything so I called again and this time spoke to Zariah who was extremely rude and not professional at all. I got no where so I decided to go completely out of my way again and stop back at this location. Becka was working who again was super sweet and apologized for all the hassle and inconvenience. Again she said she had to reach out to the owner as she still hasn’t heard anything back about a refund. I left and a short while later Becka informed me the owner said that no refund would be issued due to the smoothies not being returned. She said I could pick 3 items of my choice at no charge. I decided at that point to just go with it so we headed back to that location and ordered food. I cannot stress enough how amazing Becky’s customer service is but to say I am absolutely disgusted by this location and shame on the owner!!! What a coward!!! My daughter was with me and ordered a buffalo chicken wrap that came with some sort of BUG in it!!! I have yet to receive a refund…or even a phone call from the owner!!! Disgusting!!!

First off, music was extremely loud , couldn't even hear cashier. Had to keep repeating ourselves.
(2) food was very sloppy made. I got a chicken chipotle wrap and the chipotle sauce was all over the wrapper and wrap.

Came here to get my usual acai bowl and my flatbread and they were cleaning up from their event the night before so they weren't open on time these wonderful women made wonderful accommodations for me when they did open their doors Thank you very much sweetheart I always love my tropical smoothie

I come here often and receive excellent customer service and the food/drinks are always correct. Gabby is very attentive and accommodating. She seems like a very hard worker and always provides service with a smile. Keep up the great work!

Nice staff but I went there today and it was 84 degrees inside according to the thermostat behind the counter. RIDICULOUS! Not good working conditions for the staff and I was burning hot waiting for my smoothie. They need to get shade for the windows, and portable cooler/fans to bring down the temperature. This franchise is too big and profitable for those kinds of conditions!!

I love this tropical smoothie! They are always open on time so I can stop before work and they make everything to perfection and if I need something else, they make the accommodations to my food or smoothie! By far the best tropical smoothie

Dietary restrictions: They accommodated when I didn’t want lettuce because of my stomach issues and the supplements are nice to add to a smoothie too. It has helped me
