When we got there, there was only one girl in the whole shop claiming she can’t make food because her coworker “left to hangout with her boyfriend” we were hungry and tired. Bad service and my smoothie tasted like straight up orange juice.

My order was scheduled to pickup at 12:19 and I asked them after i got my smoothie that if my order will be here where I got my smoothie and the employee showed me attitude in front of other customers that it will be here whenver it’s ready. This is my first time here so I wasn’t sure.

Later another employee showed me an attitude again

When I told them they need to be a little more calm not showing attitude to customers all I got my “Have a good day” no apologies whatsoever.

Please address this issue so other customers don’t feel this way! I can understand sometimes people have bad days and they show in front of other people but this was very wrong.

Someone needs to look at the camera and address this issue.

I’m trying to figure why the price online is 2 dollars less and I go to tropical smoothie a lot and get the same thing every time and I went here and it was 2 dollars more 9.09 on the sign and 9.70 something almost 10 dollars

Just walked in to order 2 smoothies and the girl at the counter gave me a dirty look as if I was an inconvenience. There were no other customers in the store except for me and my husband. I smiled and said, hello. She ignored me and looked down as if I wasn't there. (I was standing right in front of her). I told her that she was rude, and we turned around and walked out. She was very rude!!!

We ordered 2 smoothies, and Bahama mama and an awesome chocolate with no banana, adding strawberry instead. The kids awesome chocolate was liquid and melted, and had banana in it. It took 20 minutes to get 2 smoothies and the guys working stood around for 5 of those minutes with 1 order. Won't go back here again. Took way to long to get a smoothie.

I wish I could leave 0 stars . They are selling food that isn’t even edible. I received 2 wraps that had brown avacado that felt like rubber that your couldn’t even break or tear . I attempted to get a refund to only be told , “sorry we can’t refund you because there’s no manger here “
I was asked to come back the following day , during the hours in which I work . That the “manager” is only there from 7am to 2pm . So if I couldn’t manage to get there during that time frame I cannot get a refund . They serve un edible food and keep your money . Do not eat here , they will probably make you sick !

Food never tastes fresh at this store and the smoothies always taste different than the any other tropical smoothie I go to. And not good different. Will not be returning here and suggest you go to another store to avoid disappointment.

Ordered a smoothie and flatbread. Did not receive my flatbread so I ordered a new one. When I got my flatbread, it was drenched in ranch. I ordered the chipotle chicken club which has NO ranch.

Service was awful, unprofessional staff. They had 4 young teenage girls working, store was empty.A girl with braids took my order who was on her personal phone. Took her 5 mins to actually make my smoothie because she wanted to talk and laugh with her co workers. She walked out, while my smoothie was done and the other 3 walked in the back. A customer came in and one of the girls came out to take his order, while I’ve been waiting for 15 mins for my smoothie. Never going back. I understand if it was busy, but it wasn’t.

This location is always such a joy to order from. Tannia's welcomed me with her warm smile and she made the best Chia Banana Boost I've ever had. This location rocks!!!!

Got a smoothie, a flat bread, and a buffalo chicken wrap. Waited 30 minutes only got the smoothie. Staff was rude and walking around like people aren’t here.
