My 1 star is for the manager/owner Nan. She treats her employees terribly and is a bully to these kids. If your teens work there, get them out she's horrible. She fired a bunch of people just because she wanted a change and you don't see people lasting there anymore. Every week you see new people there. I feel bad for the teens that have to put up with her. If my daughter worked there and she was treated that way, I would not tolerate it. Don't support a place that treats their employees this way....

I give a 1 for the manager Nan and how she treats her staff. Can’t stand when the staff actually likes the manager hired. She swoops in and fires everyone. Yes she fired everyone for zero reason. Just to start over she said. I hope karma finds her!!! Those young people work way harder than she knows how too

Just a week or two or so ago with the smoothies were under $7 now they're 10. Not coming back . Deleted my app.

The young man behind was working alone. He told me that if I was pressed for time that I may want to leave because it would be at least 15 minutes before he could take my order. I left. This has been my experience lately with this chain in the Ft. Pierce area. They are understaffed. Disappointed

I did an online order. And got to the store two minutes prior to my order being ready. I notified the girl in the front. and was told that her coworker would be making my meal. Waited for 15 minutes, just to be told that my meal was in a cubby. Completely unprofessional, and my flatbread was very soggy at that point. If you see someone standing for 15 min it would be just the polite thing to just acknowledge a customer.

When we got there, there was only one girl in the whole shop claiming she can’t make food because her coworker “left to hangout with her boyfriend” we were hungry and tired. Bad service and my smoothie tasted like straight up orange juice.

My order was scheduled to pickup at 12:19 and I asked them after i got my smoothie that if my order will be here where I got my smoothie and the employee showed me attitude in front of other customers that it will be here whenver it’s ready. This is my first time here so I wasn’t sure.

Later another employee showed me an attitude again

When I told them they need to be a little more calm not showing attitude to customers all I got my “Have a good day” no apologies whatsoever.

Please address this issue so other customers don’t feel this way! I can understand sometimes people have bad days and they show in front of other people but this was very wrong.

Someone needs to look at the camera and address this issue.

I’m trying to figure why the price online is 2 dollars less and I go to tropical smoothie a lot and get the same thing every time and I went here and it was 2 dollars more 9.09 on the sign and 9.70 something almost 10 dollars

Just walked in to order 2 smoothies and the girl at the counter gave me a dirty look as if I was an inconvenience. There were no other customers in the store except for me and my husband. I smiled and said, hello. She ignored me and looked down as if I wasn't there. (I was standing right in front of her). I told her that she was rude, and we turned around and walked out. She was very rude!!!
