Tropical Smoothie Cafe

My smoothies are always good. But there’s a staff of four people at most not one person greeted me. I had to stop an employee to have them help me. Left my mobile order sitting on the counter not being made. The lady who is in the back is talking about a customer loud enough for me to hear. It’s unprofessional!

First of all, they are overpriced compared to all the other tropical smoothies

Short blonde haired girl seemed racist and scary - Made me feel very uncomfortable in there spending my money .. As I walked in another customer was looking at me suspiciously

I’m sure due to the prejudices of the worker there

And all I was doing, was standing outside, catching my breath from taking a long jog

My advice don’t go to this tropical smoothie

I wanted to leave this review hoping someone would see it, I know they don’t have a current manager because I asked for a manager. I come to this location for lunch multiple times a week because I work in kitterman woods. Today someone named Kylee helped me at the drive through it was by far the best customer service experience I’ve had here. I usually don’t get asked what side I want they just throw chips in the bag, she offered all the sides, asked my choice, thanked me at the window and it was amazing. All of this should be a given, but it isn’t at this location. So someone please make sure Kylee gets the recognition she deserves for being one of this locations only employees that does their job and seems to enjoy their job! ❤️

This location is always hit or miss. They often close early. I just went at 1020am on a Saturday and got no answer at the comm. Guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Pretty bad, it’s as if they hired all the employees from Burger King that shut down across the street poor service long wait time it was once a fast and easy place now it’s horrendous once you fire the sub par employees and get some better staff in there I will change my review back

Just attended this place to get my usual Acai bowl. It was mostly filled with Acai had very minimal bananas very minimal blueberries very minimal strawberries and like next to none granola and I asked and paid for extra honey and you could barely even see the honey on it it was the bowl presentation was awful and not to mention my husband ordered a ciabatta bread sandwich and got it on a flatbread They didn't give them the chips and we waited almost an hour for our food. I love tropical smoothie but the tropical smoothie at kitterman and US1 is a two thumbs down for me. 👎👎😒😒🥺🥺

Shout out to black male employee with dreads exceptional customer service today. Also Hispanic woman with pony tail and pretty eyes was awesome last week helping my daughter with her order.

My first time here although I've visited this plaza a million times.

My son suggested a quick bite after going to T-mobile which shares the same building as this Tropical Smoothie.

I got the Turkey, Bacon, ranch sandwich, the (only) sandwich on their menu by the way.

It came with lettuce, but I asked for a little extra and asked to hold the tomatoe. I was very surprised to see, I was charged .50 extra for a few more pieces of lettuce!

I did enjoy my sandwich, it was very tasty but still a bit upset to see only after I got home about the up charge. Won't do that again!

I also did not like the fact that there are (no) Salt or Pepper shakers anywhere to be found. I guess since this is supposed to be a, "healthy" place that's why? They should at least offer little salt or pepper packets for those of us that don't necessarily eat healthy, lol.

The atmosphere was a tad boring. The place was completely empty and you could hear a pin dropped, no music either. I did like some of the posters on the walls. I also didn't care for the hard completely metal chairs that were freezing cold as you say down.

All in all, it was okay. Probably won't ever dine in again.

Oh, the staff. The young lady that took our order was nice and met us with a smile. The young man that brought out our food was very friendly and also had a big smile when he engaged us.

Lastly, I was a little confused about why our food was brought to us wrapped and in a bag?? I mean we weren't asked if it was to go but perhaps she should of?

Fast service. Nice employees always kind and refreshing, food taste great and hot. My Bahama mama was blended well and tasted yummy. Clean environment always a pleasure coming here
