don’t go here, all the ice cream is SOUR and definitely not good 🤮🤮
went to kilwins instead, much better choice!
Customer service is good. the floor is pretty much dirty every time we come in. and a lot of the machines are down most of the time. Not a lot of flavors to choose from.
From the moment we walked in, we realized this is not a good place to eat. The floor was dirty, the windows were filthy, the toppings looked spoiled, the fruits were rotten, and the yogurt was also bad. Avoid this place; you could get sick. This is a safety hazard and should not even be operating.

Unfortunately, my experience here was disappointing. The place was unclean, with filthy floors and outdated toppings. The yogurt did not taste fresh, and several machines were broken. The fruit toppings looked old and unappetizing. Despite the condition of the store, the two employees9 on duty were busy chatting instead of maintaining or cleaning the space. I would not recommend this location—definitely one to avoid.

Disgusting. Absolutely no customer service. Picked 4 different flavors 3 came out as water and the last one “cheese cake “ tasted like expired sour cream. If I could leave no stars I would!! Shocked their still in business considering I wasn’t even acknowledged by staff :| and they only had one working flavor that didn’t come out as liquid

My 2 & 4 year old have been begging for frozen yogurt and this was the only one I found in the area and what a mistake I made coming here. There were very limited flavors and the few ones that they had, were spoiled.. tasted like vinegar. I was a little upset because by the time I realized it was spoiled.. my kids had already ate almost half of it. I went up to the young girl working, expressing my concern and asking for a refund. She responds with a bad attitude and tells me to just get another flavor. I go and try another flavor and it was also spoiled! I got a refund but the worker was not happy about it. The shop is run down and you can tell they do not wash the fruit and it just looks so unpresentable and like a stomach ache waiting to happen. Worst ice cream shop I’ve been to. Save your time and money.
I have severe food allergies (dairy and gluten) and had the dairy-free peanut butter frozen yogurt. My mom has food allergies too (gluten) and she had vanilla frozen yogurt. Around an hour later, both of us felt dizzy and sick at the same time. Both of us believe the frozen yogurt must have had food dyes and chemicals in it. It is not allergen friendly, unfortunately, but the frozen yogurt is good.

The froyo had an unpleasant, artificial taste. Tasted like watered-down chemicals. While Tradition needs a place like this, widespread negative feedback casts doubt on its future. Sadly, it felt like the worst $9 I’ve spent.

We were disappointed… such a shame because it’s a gorgeous location in Traditions, you’d think they would take advantage of a great opportunity. I prefer going to small shops but this was not worth the $12 we paid. The shop is run down, most of the flavors weren’t working, and the staff member wasn’t helpful in giving any instructions besides pick a cup, pour it, and bring it over to weigh. ??♀️ my son got a strawberry cup and ended up putting gummy bears on it, and mine was some kind of pineapple flavor. Unfortunately they both tasted like red #40 and yellow #5, respectively. ? better luck next time..
Parking: Construction had all the spots directly in front of the store roped off, so we parked further down in the next segment of spots

When there tonight. Place is absolutely DISGUSTING. They were out of half of the flavors. Teens that work there were just sitting around and they should be cleaning the spot. Such a disappointment.

$30 for 3 small cups, I can't imagine 3 big ones $80 maybe. No wonder it was empty with a big event outside.
More than a review I am asking a question… we came today craving for a frozen yogurt, it was after 5pm but the place was locked. If wasn’t open why not to announce it? Or maybe to put a sign there were close…There was light inside and a sign saying they close at 10pm… Thanks God for the Publix close by, since we went there and bought the frozen yogurt there… ha
