TUTTI FRUTTI FROZEN YOGURT

4 out of 8 yogurts weren’t working. No large cups, had to ask for them. Vanilla yogurt was terrible. Place is very run down. It looks like they are getting ready to close for good.

Almost all the flavors were out of order so we left. Walked in, walked right now.

went here with my boyfriend and little sister the yogurt tasted off the cashier didn’t welcome us in i had to ask her how we get the ice cream or even start before she said a word to us the place had flies everywhere the topping and everything had no labels so you had to strain your eyes to look inside and see what they had the fruit was old and mushy the floors were nasty and i was wearing non slip came just from work and still stuck to the floor pretty sad place

Finally went yesterday after some time. Walked right out. Most
machines were down, leaving only four flavors. It is dirty inside; the seating area/ every other corner looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in centuries. It is evident that the owner doesn’t care about the place… this place will go out of business shortly.

My first instinct walking in tonight was to turn around and I should've. Had been here once before and they had limited flavors and it was a dirty, dark atmosphere but I live close and was craving froyo. It's a Wednesday and they had out of order signs on most machines besides chocolate vanilla and a fruity flavor. They didn't have your typical cookie dough or peanut butter toppings like everywhere else. The toppings I did get were stale. How do you mess up a frozen yogurt place ? So disappointing for tradition area. I honestly don't know how they stay open. Bummer.

Absolutely DISGUSTING!! Yogurt was rancid. Gnats flying around the shop. Gnats inside of all of the topping containers. I made a yogurt, a bug flew into it before I could pay. Went outside to escape the bug infestation, took a bite and immediately spit it out! Spoiled rotten yogurt!! This place used to be good. Now it’s a complete dive. I got a refund and went to Kilwin’s. NEVER bringing my kids here again!!! So gross.

Flys everywhere! Not coming back!

They used to have a variety of flavors but now they only have 2-3 flavors, the toppings are wet and messy. It’s honestly sad.

I went today with my husband and our baby, I got a small and he got a large. There were flies flying around everywhere. After sitting down inside one flew into my husbands icecream. The young kid at the counter just watched. My husband asked if he could get another one and he said no. My husband asked again and then let him replace it with a small. After that another fly flew into my icecream so we just threw it away and left. My husband also said that the caramel that he put on top tasted rotten so we threw the new one away. This all happened within the span of 5 minutes. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I feel like if you’re gonna spend 25 dollars on icecream then it shouldn’t be surrounded by flies.

Walked in and walked right out! Dirty and Nasty! No thanks!

Dirty and unappealing place, you see some people walk in and then right out because it just looks off. It looks like it’s dying, like an old abandoned mall shop. The saddest part is that the frozen yoghurt was not good. I felt grossed out, very unhygienic, I hope I don’t get sick. The pictures on Google are from 6 years ago, now it’s like a carcass of what the place used to be, it’s now sadly deteriorated and abandoned. The owners should sell it to someone willing to put some love into it.

went to kilwins instead, much better choice!

Customer service is good. the floor is pretty much dirty every time we come in. and a lot of the machines are down most of the time. Not a lot of flavors to choose from.
