I drove an hour to get a patty melt to go. When I tried to call ahead, I got a recording saying they can't take to go orders over the phone. I went in and ordered. I waited over 20 mins, watching others come in for their to go orders. What I received was a poor excuse for a patty melt. It was a hamburger on burnt Texas toast. No greeting when I walked in. No explanation of why I couldn't order over the phone when I asked, or why it took so long. Not a friendly place or a good atmosphere to eat. I won't be returning or recommending. Ya'll may want to consider some training or re-training. Also, I paid $16.80 for this horrible sandwich I couldn't eat. Just saw the menu and it should have cost 7.60. I didn't order anything else.

I Started going to this location in august , that’s when we met Mrs.Candy she’s so sweet honestly the only reason why i go there it’s further from my house but the drive was 100% worth it Cause we got to see mrs candy TODAY i got the worst news ever I got TOLD SHE GOT FIRED ☹️(only making this hoping i can find her)

I don’t usually leave reviews but Jahliyah deserves one 100%. We had a server that was not great and ended up getting sent home so Jahliyah took over and was amazing. She gets 5 stars and deserves a promotion/raise!!!

Eggs were cold. I found a ketchup packet in my cooked food. They had no gravy. 1st time and last time eating here. Showed the cook the ketchup packet she didn't do anything just walked away. Finished our food and finally got our chicken sausage. Horrible
