Food was good, service not so much. During my experience at waffle house some staff members were clearly showing prejudice towards a customer who was being respectful and patient. The manager Victor began to berate and get loud with the customer who was expressing frustration and confusion. The servers Lexie, Denise, and Monica were all speaking loudly about the customer behind the counter, this created an uncomfortable atmosphere for other patrons. Some staff are clearly racist and it’s weird. This isn’t the first review acknowledging victors unprofessionalism or waitresses being prejudice!

Gabbi has ruined sweet tea for me! I have eaten at many many waffle houses across this great nation. Never have I had sweet tea as AMAZING as hers! The food of course was great as well!

today 11/24/24 the manager leading the line cooking was amazing to watch. Breakfast is just breakfast but what impressed me was the way he led his people. He is a master multi tasker and he noticed quality related small things and he did not scold employees in front of others. He said please, used a great tone. As a people leader for 40 years, I was impressed and I would do all you can to keep him happy. He even noticed the garbage needing attention. I will be back just to watch the machine that your manager is.
The short white waitress made a ufff and bad expression when she saw us walking In, that she was going to serve us, that was more than obvious, but just remember not all Mexicans are not generous with the tip, I am a good tipper, but on exchange of a good service, but since this wasn’t the case, based on the poor service, you receive your 10% or less. Next time don’t do it on front of the customers. I didn’t want to say anything at that moment, because I didn’t want to make my family uncomfortable like you did it on my face. Thank you.

I visit waffle houses in every state and as usual south Florida has ruined them!!!!! Partners food came out 10 minutes before mine and all I had was a BLT and hash browns. Server needs to be more knowledgeable about menu as she didn't offer my partner the different options. BLT should have been on Texas toast not regular white bread.
