I placed a mobile order today ( 3/25/26 ) and my experience today was not the greatest. I’ve lived in the area for quite some time and have never had any issues until today. I went through drive thru and wasn’t even greeted at the intercom. I had to say something in order to get acknowledged and it wasn’t even a pleasant greeting. I approached the windows and again no pleasant interaction whatsoever with whomever was at the drive thru windows taking orders around 1:45 pm. My order wasn’t ready so he went ahead and slammed the window shut instead of saying “ your order will be out shortly “ and close the window properly.. I’ve used to work in the fast food industry and your employee that day was bluntly disrespectful and was giving me dirty looks as the manager on duty handed me the food.

Ordered from Uber Eats from this Wendy’s, and the food was terrible. The strawberry lemonade was old and was fizzy? For some reason. No sauce on my burger. Only good thing was the fries.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered my food the first time I went around she didn't give me my receipt she was very rude and I even reversed to park closer to the window because she would not extend her hand to pass me the food or the drinks I find it very rude that the cash or whoever's at the window is you know acting a certain way. Very rude

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I never complain but this time I've had it. The last 5 times have progressively gotten worse from the poor customer service to the poor quality of food. The workers cant be bothered to either take your order or fill your order then you wait 20 minutes to just get ice cold food and a sandwich so greasy you can squeeze it out of the sandwich. If I was the franchise owner id be freaking embarrassed to say I own this dump im so pissed

Ordered late night through the dimrive through. Got substitutions on the order, items with changes on them and even asked for specific items to be made fresh and the staff was friendly and patient. When I received the order everything was right and the food that was meant to be fresh was indeed so. Wait time wasn't long either. 🙂

Stores closed or they just didn’t make online orders at 11pm so I canceled my order which sucks they had a deal online!
I guess they discontinued their sweet and sour sauce for a sweet chili sauce. I went through the drive through and ordered nuggets with sweet and sour sauce. Do you think they told me “we no longer have sweet and sour it’s been replaced with sweet chili “ ? Of course not just gave me sweet chili assuming I wanted it. Had I know I would have asked for something different like bbq. Not impressed not a good idea if they wanted to add an additional sauce to their menu ok but to completely change it and not even discuss it with your customers is not acceptable

They somehow manage to always forget something every time. This time it was my WHOLE order when i ordered for my husband and i. Literally got just the burger when i ordered a whole meal. Even the DRINK was forgotten🤦🏻🤦🏻
