The food was food, service took so long to get our food out but I don’t blame the employees, I blame the management because why is there only 2 employees cooking everything up?? Get more people up in there.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s. The service was unbelievably slow — I waited forever just to place my order, and even longer to actually receive it. The staff looked completely disorganized, like they had no idea what they were doing or just didn’t care. No sense of urgency, no apologies, nothing. By the time I finally got my food, it was cold and thrown together like an afterthought. If this is how they operate, it’s a total embarrassment to the brand. Save your time and go literally anywhere else

The order was missing 2 sandwiches and 2 biscuits, It was a big order, I went super nicely to talk to the lady because mistakes happens and she started screaming at me saying that she doesn't make mistakes, that the order was complete, i asked them if they want to check the order, she checked and blamed me of eating what was missing, she gave me the order like 3 min ago, the items were missing and all of them start talking between each other, and she comes and yelled at me saying that she's not gonna give me anything else because they don't make mistakes and the order was complete. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ATENTION AND COSTUMER SERVICE. If I can put -5 stars in would. We sped like 5 min back and forward, they don't treat costumers well

Slowest workers ever. 40 minutes for nuggets, a sandwich and fries. You can tell they were intentionally going slow too fulfilling one order ever 15 minutes. Don't blame them too much im sure they hate their job.

Worst Wendy I have ever been. It took 35 minutes for chicken nuggets. Service was horrible.

Overcharged me for drinks and the counter staff looks absolutely uninterested and did not manage to resolve my issue. Came at 1030am in the morning and there was not much queue. Food is prepared fresh and no issues there but truly like what all other reviews showed, there is completely no service at all. Good luck if you even have any special orders

Step right up to Wendy’s on the turnpike!

Full of slow workers that don’t care. Never have I ever had such a bad experience at a Wendy’s before.

We waited LITERALLY 20 minutes for 6 nuggets. Will be reporting to Corporate. Fast food here is a joke.

Arguably the worst managed Wendy’s I’ve encountered, and that’s saying a lot.

Lack of communication. Confused faces. Long delays. Everyone standing around pointing at screens.

Regretting this turnpike stop. 😡

First thing one will notice is there are 5 employees standing around and only one working. Secondly was the absolute struggle the cashier was having taking a simple order. When our turn came to order, the disdain this cashier felt for anyone she was waiting on came through to the point that it was obvious she did not want to be there and especially did not want to take our order. No words of greeting were spoken. We gave her our order, she tapped on her screen, I waited for the card reader to turn green, I tapped my card, a receipt printed out, she handed it to me, never said thank you or anything for that fact. All as she leaned on the cash register as if it were not there she would fall on the floor. The one semi friendly lady in the back, came forward, called our name, we grabbed our bag and departed. I gave them a 2 rather than a 1 due to the fact they actually got our order correct. I hate that these employees are a representation to visitors to Florida. There was NOTHING Fast going on as the other 4 shuffled around a spoke in a language unbeknownst to me. Stopping in to the rest area again, I would not subject myself to such horrible service and attitudes.

Located in turnpike rest stop. Rest stop restrooms DISGUSTING. Wendy's team has no idea how to work together. I'm assuming heavier white/soanish man is mgr...absolutely no setvant leadership or take chargedness. Over 45 minutes from start to finish utilizing kiosk. Fries burnt and burgers not assembled as directed. Topping missing that were charged for *bacon* but it absolutely wasn't worth another wait...just keep the stolen money at this point
