I tried again another day: This is the only fast food close enough to get while on a lunch break and every time I come here I swear i'll never come again. It's horrible. Ordered with the app, came 10 minutes after scheduled pickup time, still wasn't ready. Couldn't cancel the order, was late to work since I had to wait.

This location is an absolutely horrendous. Hair hanging from ketchup dispenser, piss all over bathroom floor, soda machine disgusting, food garbage all over floors and staff is absolutely rude. Health inspection needed at this location ASAP!

Worst burger joint I've been in. Ordered 7 biggie bags?
Got 4 biggie bags, 2 burgers, no sauces (guess you gotta beg for those), and four cups.
Fries were cold and nuggets weren't cooked completely.
No ice in the drink machine. And half the drink flavors were empty.
Next time I take my crew out for Christmas lunch, we'll go to Burger King.

I have always done take out, drive up or go inside. The inside nothing special but it is kept clean. The burgers are for me satisfying and filling, I get double Dave size burgers, I say that because I'll get the Baconator or the one with pretzel bun, which is the same patty size as a Dave's. If you get hot fries they will rival any fries out there, they are just that good. The frostys are good, I wouldn't mind them making a cone for them though, actually I would rather a cone option

Atmosphere kept very clean including bathroom and food is always good but this location never seems to be able to accept any of the promotions. There scanner never seems to work so using my points in restaurant is useless and during 1 cent burger day I was told they can't do it because it's not working. Staff seems very miserable and not wanting to help solve any issue you might be having.

My spouse received the wrong food, went in to get the correct item. She didn't think about bringing the old food in (she's pregnant and it's a long walk). The employee asked for the old food back, in which case she remarked "why, so you can give it to someone else?" The employee responded "well, yes". They should NEVER give someone food that someone else took possession of, especially after the food even left the building. This is absolutely disgusting, and not to mention the kind of risks involved. Someone could literally add fentanyl or other drugs to the food and then have put back for someone else to eat. I would not eat food from the location. The manager was not concerned by this at all, which means they likely support/recommend this. If your food seems lukewarm or "dated", it's probably been in the possession of another customer.

Always issues at this store. Tried to get spicy nuggets and they once again gave me regular nuggets. Went inside and a kid finally came to help me. I was told I needed to go back to get the wrong nuggets from my car. I asked the kid so they can give that to someone else after I already had my hands on the nuggets when I checked my order before leaving, and the kid said yes to give them to someone else. Be cautious, apparently this store takes back food from customers and gives it to other customers, even when we touch it.
