Drive-thru service is excessively slow. The reason it is so slow is they only take one order at a time. One customer will be pulling out of the drive-thru window before they take another order. I know why they do that, and they do that to trick out the drive through timer. The food's not bad, but I think I'll avoid this location from now on due to them being so slow
Burger was sloppy no more Wendy's and they kept getting my order wrong

Friday // slowwwwwwwwwwwww as hell the girl at the counter moves like a snail the people cooking are taking forever ... put my potato in the bag side ways .... and if someone's food isn't ready at the drive thur you need to make the pull around and some1 walk out their food ... lazy pure lazy now u got a 10mim wait for 1 car and everyone food is getting cold also it's s to be fast food ... not sail meals do better and hire more employees
Terrible terrible customer service the Haitian lady out front hair wasn’t done. She was being extra rude, the language barrier was too strong. I asked barbecue she said ok and I looks in my bag and there wasn’t any bbq sauce at all. My frosty was watery. She made my big bro pay 4 extra dollars when she was the one who got the order wrong in the first place. My cousin was eating a frosty with a fork, they gave me an extra spoon for no reason and charged me for it. The nuggets got cold because the whole dining room is cold. Drinks too sour and drinks not available. Worst experience ever.

I love Wendy’s but they seem like that don’t even care, like just slapped my sandwich together no love lol… but I love this place cause some of the people especially the manager his cool, but idk what happened nowadays, just double check your food

The manager on tonight was absolutely rude. He's got a bad attitude and the girl taking the order sounded like she didnt even want to take the order. I dont want to put her name because shes a kid. But in all honesty. I'll never come back at this time to get anything if these people are working. Horrible attitudes and nobody wants to work. The only one who was nice was the cashier in the front when I had to go back inside to get my missing burger. He was kind and such a sweetheart. When I got the sandwich though I didnt even give it to my daughter cuz I dont trust it. His attitude was giving spiteful. No thank you. I gave my daughter my sandwich instead. Before I had to go in. This one is going in the trash. Have a goodnight. And thank you to the cashier in the front. You were the only one that was kind and actually working.

I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Wendy’s. I was charged incorrectly for my order. It felt like I was being cheated on both price and service. I asked them why was my order so high for (2) cheese burgers, kids meal nugget and small French fries came to $22. When I brought it up, the staff did not handle it professionally and offered no real solution. I was informed no one has a dollar menu and that cheese burgers are $5 a piece. I went on line and the JR Cheeseburger they charge me for is $2.19+ a piece. I proceed to call this morning to speak w/ a manger and received no answer. I was cheated last night at the drive thru window. As a customer, I expect honesty and fair treatment, and unfortunately, this location did not deliver either. I will be taking my business elsewhere until improvements are made.
