This Wendy's is terrible for getting orders correct. I Like Other Wendy's, I hate going to this Wendy's. They never get my order correct. 5 out of 5 times over the last three weeks they messed up the condiment choices we chose on our Single hamburgers. You would think that they could make a hamburger with nothing on it. Once got a Baconater with no bacon. French fry's all over a bag with four hamburgers are just a few of my poorly done orders . Their prices are much higher than competitors within a mile of this location. Other Wendy's do a much better job filling a correct order when we travel. Even after we stopped ordering at the drive through, they continue to make mistakes. The staff is constantly huddled up discussing what goes in which customes bag. They need a new staff and a smattering of training. All of my orders were between 6 to 8 in the evening. This Wendy's is horrible!

Closed the lobby an hour early at 9 instead of listed 10. Wanted to looked surprised and like I'm in the wrong when I walked to the drive thru window asking to place an order. Always a bad experience at this location but this one will keep me away. Price is good staff isn't. Pay the next employees better so they perform as expected. Imo

I came here 3 times within a week. If you come after 9. Either they have no fries or “the computers down and I can’t take any orders”….. absolutely ridiculous. Either get better your system or get new employees.

Just confused on the scheduling. Some days it’s open till 10pm and others it’s closed by 6:30pm but living in Port Saint Lucie from Miami I’ve noticed businesses around here just does things like that. Inconsistent hours of operation must be a Port Saint Lucie thing. But everything else is A1 about this Wendy’s

After a long night of working all I wanted to grab on my way home was some Wendy’s. I had already checked online and they were open for another 30 minutes but when I went up to the screen to do my order they had an AI message playing saying “we are closed, come again during our business hours.” Mind you they were still open and had a car paying for their food in the drive thru. So seems like they were just being lazy. Sad to see

Certain associates don’t need to be there & the hiring manager you need a new one , I had my child apply there had an interview and everything n she claim to say her computer don’t work for her to do paper work n now she’s been avoiding my child’s phone calls , just terrible for business

worst wendy’s ever, i literally work next door at the teleperformance and i go damn near every day because it is an easy lunch.. and on multiple occasions they have messed up my order or given me food that has MAYO!! when i specify no mayo because i am allergic to eggs.

this time was the last straw, i yet again received food i explicitly am allergic to and obviously j put in the mobile order to remove mayo, and then on top of that we were missing 6 nuggets, and a medium fries and even though we showed them what we had they still wouldn’t give us our food.

and even then before that they tried to charge me again for my food even though i was already charged.. i literally had to pull up my banking app and show the ladies there because they wouldn’t believe me despite the MOBILE APP SHOWING PAID.

Doors was locked had to ask for a key. When customers was talking about it the girl looked at us like a deer in headlights. Ain't nothing like using the restroom and the employees hands a customer a key instead of waiting a minute. Ridiculous
