Ordered a 4 for 4 and a #4 for my daughter and I our food was COLD! I called multiple times nobody answered and I make it back to the store to get a remake but that’s ridiculous! Almost $20 just to get cold food. Someone took the phone OFF THE HOOK so I couldn’t call again! Just HORRIBLE SERVICE! Whoever is doing night shift you need to do better! And I’m calling corporate to file this complaint

Worst experience ever, to the point my husband and I will probably never return. They forgot our chicken sandwich and our drink was way over carbonated. Not a big deal at first, we went back and told them the issue. No body apologized, gave us attitude over the drink, and one employee said “there’s nothing I can do about the machine” then in Spanish, not knowing my husband is fluent “If you don’t like the soda, drink water”. Worst customer service we’ve ever received and we WONT be back. If you don’t like your job, get a new one.

I went to the Wendy’s on US 1 in Port St Lucie. Store number 00002562. I ordered a Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit and two (2) plain biscuits with 3 honey butters on the side. I got 3 plain biscuits and 3 honey butters on the side. Quite possibly the most inept and incompetent crew I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. I pray no one has to experience the horrible service I received.

The service is usually fast but once I waited 20 minutes to get my order. Quality is good.Today (August 19 , 2018 ) no ice in the machine, tables are dirty, flies inside.... I think management need to take care of this restaurant.December 9, 2023: the restaurant has done a complete change!!! Fast service, good taste, excellent customer service, restaurant nice and clean, soda machine brand new.
