This restaurant is permanently closed.
Places closed for renovations but web site states open. Wasted time driving there to meet out of town friends.
Went for lunch with my husband and got the fish sandwich. Was lacking flavor and they also didn’t give me much fish at all.My husband got a burger which he said was below average. We were very disappointed with the taste and quality of our meals. Take your $ elsewhere. There’s so many better options than this place.

First time visiting. Quaint restaurant with an awesome staff, great wine choices, and our dinners, awesome!! The Mahi Mahi and Grouper cooked to perfection. We asked for little or no seasoning or salt and the chef followed to a tee. Thanks for a great night out!

We have gone for dinner. Loved everything about it. Tried lunch yesterday. Had to ask to be seated, waited approx 20 mins to order. I wanted to leave. Waiter doing everything but taking our order. Wife had to go and find him. Now at this time there are empty tables. Not full. The waiter gave a really bad excuse since we were watching him. The potato salad was not good and grouper had a soup taste yes a soup taste. Left all of potato salad and part of sandwich and was never asked how it was. What a shame. We liked going here.

*Dumpster fire in progress*. First, let me say I've been a long term patron for years--through at least three different owners--and have seen some bumps along the road, with COVID being one of the biggest challenges....UNTIL NOW. Over several recent visits, I was shocked to hear the wait staff repeatedly advise customers "we're out of that"-- out of so many items to the point that the table next to me couldn't even place their order and I had to forego an appetizer and go with my 3rd choice meal. No soda? No pastrami? No roast beef? No tuna? No hamburger? No Fries? No potato salad? No wings? No lettuce? No cheese? May as well toss the menus out and just tell us what CAN we order then? The taste, quality, and presentation of the food has plummeted. This quaint local establishment used to be abuzz with locals power lunching, nearby retirees, Veterans groups, and local working class regulars stopping by for a quick meal. I fear those days are gone and the West End Grill, as we knew it, is on the brink of bankruptcy--it doesn't take an MBA to recognize a business cannot continue to operate under these conditions and remain solvent. Shame that the remaining hard-working and committed staff are likely going to be collateral damage as a result of the apparent mismanagement. They are truly the only remaining attraction there (appreciate you guys!). Perhaps a recommendation to Restaurant Impossible is in order? SMH.

We recently visited West End Grill for the first time in a couple months. It's one of our go to places over the last few years. We learned when we were there that they were recently under new ownership and a new chef. Our meals were both excellent. I had checked the website before we left to see if they still had specials and evening entertainment outside. Apparently they have not yet updated the website or social media yet during the transition. Also, they used to have local craft draft beer but they didn't this time because their draft was out(?). Hopefully they will bring back local draft beer. Also, we hope that they bring back outdoor entertainment on weekends.
The service was great and the fries were the most delicious fries that I've ever

Great service, genuinely kind and courteous staff. Came in for dinner as first time customers after celebrating my daughter’s 8th birthday - the whole staff surprised us all by singing happy birthday with dessert after watching her open a gift. The food was fantastic. Cute and cozy environment. Happy we found this restaurant!

The menu that is online is not the actual menu. The waitress told us that the new owners changed the actual menu but did not update the on line menu. Don't waste your time or money at this place. There was no customers when we walked in and none as we walked out. Sad
