Employees are incapable of taking a verbal order. I was placing an order for six sandwiches with no one else in the store, and they insisted I fill out an order form for each sandwich.
I told them good luck, and they said to me on the way out the door, enjoy your SUBWAY! 🤣
I would never enter such a place, but at least they give better customer service. You should take a hard look at their business model. And read your customer reviews.
Not a good outcome for someone who has over 9 Million viewers.

UPDATE: Your response to my review didn't even align with anything I discussed in my review, which tells me you only read enough to respond and not to fully understand where the problem is, now I can clearly see it's not the employees but how they were trained by management that's the issue.

The staff was incredibly nice!!! The young lady in the front made my experience extra pleasant … to be honest I ate the food. It gave me a stomachache and it was definitely not desirable. I don’t know what it was, maybe the coleslaw was old I don’t know .. but I wouldn’t get that if I was you. Bad first experience of unfortunately @scarselah

I’m honestly stunned. Ordered a bowlwich (so removed bread altogether and just ingredients in a bowl) and that price adds almost $2. Then we get the bowlwhich and this is all that is it in. Almost $11 for this. A complete rip off.

I've been to this location a handful of times never had an issue until today. I order a chicken Philly regular and when I got home with the order it was super wet. Mind you I live off morningside Blvd so it takes me less than five mins to get home. I called to speak to a manager to see if it can be remade however she was laughing and asked "what's the problem" I don't know I found that very rude and when I asked her why she was laughing she said "I'm just one of those people and I'm the owner" (whatever that means ) I'm not sure if this is a franchise but that was horrible costumer service. Even the cashier who took care of me didn't say a single word to me until I left with a "have a good day". Customer service is everything!

It was our first time there, and it won't be our last. As soon as we walked in we noticed a nicely decorated and clean place. We looked at their huge menu located on the wall and were greated by the most friendliest gentleman who explained to us how to order. You choose the slips of yellow paper that are labeled favorites, clubs, build your own, sides, Shakes. Then there are red markers you use to fill out your order on the slips. You put your name on the top. Then bring it to cashier ro ring you up. We ordered the banana pudding shake which was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended. I also had a BLT that came with avocado and I had them add American cheese. It was probably the best BLT I've ever had. My husband ordered a Cuban which was really good. We shared some crinkle fries with Cajun ranch for dipping. Fries were hot and goes well with Cajun ranch. We had a great experience. Will definitely be returning to try more things.

Um, there’s nowhere else you should be going to get subs or sandwiches. Full stop. Excellent food and quick efficient service. There’s not one place I ever been that does a better job. You need to go there and see for yourself. NOW!

Stopped in for lunch with my daughter today. Great food and exceptional service. Very clean and friendly staff. Oh and the food was awesome.

This place has what I like to call ‘Unreasonable hospitality’! Not only are the options savory and healthy the service replicates a Michelin starred restaurant.
