The food isn’t bad. Be sure you fill out the sheet correctly or the owner will sternly correct you. The atmosphere is somewhat toxic with the management/employee relationships. They’ve had numerous employees leave as a result of regular cussings and how the management talks about customers and the employee’s families. They’ve had numerous employees leave (no payment of earned tips - “we don’t pay tips on walkouts”). They just couldn’t take the hostility any longer....
Subs are getting smaller and prices are getting higher. Used to go like once a month but now after this last time I'm sure it will be awhile before I go again. Never understand why companies kill themselves by lowering their products and increasing prices. They have to understand it's small gains that don't last when people don't return. Small businesses in areas that aren't large cities have to depend on repeatable business to survive.
Absolutely phenomenal sandwiches. Owners were there inside the store and were amazing as well. Every single person working was kind and on top of it. Definitely the best place to get a sandwich we have found in Florida. The Banh Mi is a must try
