Order food over the phone for the third time and every time my food arrived it’s wrong

I ordered online, so apparently their online menu is outdated. When I went to pick up my order I was informed my selections confused the cooks and everything I checked that I didn't want isn't a part of their menu.
So I was confused so instead of telling me that, wouldn't u think it would be better to update your online menu so your customers or cooks will be confused. When did it become the customer's fault to make sure we get our order right.

Quaint restaurant nestled in a quiet corner just off Bayshore. I stopped in one evening to try their wings....... The food was quite tasty however the lemon pepper wings and teriyaki wings I ordered did not have enough sauce on them..... And the lemon pepper was not actually lemon pepper. The lemon pepper tasted somewhat sweet and garlicky... Although it wasn't quite what I ordered it was still tasted good. The restaurant however seems to have a good following..... I sat in the parking lot and watch as countless customers kept piling in for their takeout orders.
Should you stop in for an order be sure to inform them that you like to have sufficient sauce on your wings.

you should let people know they are going to be ordering from doordash before they submit their order. finding an extra $7 fee after paying is bullshit. would have ordered from somewhere else.
also the full tip didnt go to the driver.

poor customer service. the owner was rude, very confrontational and was proud to tell me that she is the owner and that there is no where to file a complaint. did not want to provide confirmation of refund and then try to lie about fixing the situation after I said I'll reach out to the better Business Bureau
