Customer service sucks the people working the front counter very unprofessional

I went to this place today for something to eat. I have been here several times and noticed these three young girls who work behind the counter has real bad attitudes in the worse way. They disrespect the customers who lay money down on counter as they count it out and they don't like when people do that so the customers don't mean any harm when they do that but these ignorant little girls believe that it is disrespectful to put money on counter so they go off on the customers as if they are privileged people and think that this is how you are supposed to treat your paying customers this. Number one as filthy as this place was when I enter I won't be going back there anymore after see the filth and uncleaness and workers who disrespect the customers and they through my food at me like I was a dog and told me to never come back. They to my friend also who experience this same problem that is an on going problem in this horrible place to eat. My food was thrown together and toss at me. The place was more than filthy with live food sitting in the floors alone with paper plate napkins and groceries in plain site. I would like to talk to the owner to let him know how his kids are running the place. Dirty mop water reaps and smells of unchanged water. This is not good public safety condition neither. I would not be eating here ever again. Not clean at all!!!

I had one of the worst experiences ever at this restaurant. Two young ladies at the counter were extremely rude from the moment I walked in. They even had me throw away trash that wasn’t mine, which was already left on the counter.I asked for some tartar sauce, and instead of simply checking, one of them dug through my food with her bare hands like she didn’t believe me. She insisted the tartar sauce was “on the bun” — I opened the bun right in front of her, and there was clearly NO tartar sauce. Then she had the nerve to ask me for a dollar for tartar sauce, on top of her already nasty attitude. The customer service was terrible, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I will never return, and I do not recommend anyone eating here. There are plenty of better options in Port St. Lucie.

tasted better than expected. The lemon pepper just needed a little more seasoning, but realized was a sauce at bottom of plate. Honey garlic hot was not hot, but they were crispy and delicious paired with welldone fries. I will order again.

I’m not even from here i’m from down south but my cousin lives here and recently our last visits been terrible with the customer service . Squidward and shrek at the front always have an attitude over the phone even for just simple questions . Coming to work in pajamas and attitude . Always stingy with the ketchup like they daddy the one catching tomatoes outside. Poor attitude and really the only thing good is the wings the rice is mediocre.

I visited Wing Bomb for the first time, base on a recommendation,bug mistake. The greeting off-putting to say the least. I was not expecting such ignorant behavior. I am appalled at the egregious wait-upon's nasty and unprofessional demeanor. Clearly she has no proper training nor does she have any values and never offend a patron. Working behind a counter is above her pay grade. Little does she realize wing Bomb is hear today, but could be gone tomorrow. The food is no 5 star, at best it is substandard establishment if you're looking for a cheap mean. The place looks unclean with low lighting, perhaps a damp cloth to the clean light bulbs would brighten the lighting. The entrance door was grimmie nasty looking. Did not see a business rating, not sure what that's about, or if the score was a 67 or 80. Definitely will not revisit this greasy spoon again or recommend it to anyone.
