It’s always hot as hell in there, the soda machine is always broken and leaking. The service is sooooo slow. There is always workers just walking around with xl hoodies on and no uniform, gloves or hair nets. This location is so ghetto and nasty, management and ownership need to do better.

This is our last time eating here. Spent well over $100 and the service was poor and extremely slow. Waited over an hour for our food to be cooked. There were 12 people waiting on their food, and the staff was extremely rude. This staff desperately needs to learn time management.

Watching them cook my food was obnoxious and gross. No one is wearing hair nets and they all have dreads and frizzy hair, and its not up in a ponytail or bun. They tell you the wait time is 30min when there is no one in here and very few tickets that need to be made. They also seem to goof around a lot which is probably why the wait time is so long. The one in St.Lucie West and Fort Pierce are better and have better quality. When you get classic wings they are tiny always, I don't feel like you get the size worth your money.

Here i am on a Thursday morning at 3 am. With food poisoning. I have been vomiting since 1 am. That's all I've been vomiting is the bbq wings. I was really excited coming to Wings Stop today, and this is what I get? No, this is miserable.

The service sucked. I waited 30 minutes to have my order wrong. Maybe if the kids working here were more worried about their job instead of worrying about their friends coming in they probably would have got my order right and in a timely fashion. Definitely do not recommend this place
Place was sketchy at best. Ordered online. 30pc family meal. Wings were hard and dry. Was expecting to be tossed in sauce. Fries tasted like bottom of basket... yuck. Don't eat here.

I wish I had read reviews before ordering. Dirty restaurant, inedible food. Tasted like reheated leftover chicken wings. Seasoning for fries was all in the middle and overloaded like the lid fell off. 90% of my order went in the trash.

I’m incredibly disappointed with the lack of time management at this place. I placed an online order at 3:15 pm, expecting it to be ready at 6:15 pm as promised. Somehow, more than three hours of lead time wasn’t enough for them to prepare a simple order of 50 wings and 2 fries. It seems like they don’t have a plan in place for handling larger orders — I’d think assigning a couple of staff members to start at least 30-45 minutes before pickup would be common sense. Instead, I'm still waiting here well past my pickup time. This experience has been a huge letdown.

It’s sad that this is the best Wingstop in the area. So you kinda, just have to settle for what you get. My fries have never honestly been fully cooked here. And I don’t complain about it, I just throw it an air fryer. And the wings for the most part are just always small. Don’t necessarily know what needs to change in order for this location. To be better, but there is a lot of room for improvement.
