I had to stop real quick to get some food to continue my long trip to North Carolina. I had stopped at the right time because Rogelio helped me and he was quick and very kind when helping us with our order. I definitely recommend this Wingstop, keep it up Rogelio

Bugs in my food! I’ve been coming here for YEARS, I ordered last night and there was at least one live and a dead roach in my bag. When I called the person who answered the phone claimed to be the manager and said to me “I know you’re lying!” When I started recording the call and asked her to repeat herself she hung up on me and the store hasn’t answered since.
I took a photo and sent it to door dash, and the bag was 100% sealed and stickered at the store so I know this didn’t come from my dasher.
Door dash said this wasn’t the first time, absolutely disgusting.

Whoever was cooking behind the scenes on 8/30/25 was amazing. Best quality of food in all my visits there. Almost comparable to Gainesville location which says alot. I'm seeing some low reviews..perhaps change in staff since then.

For the 2nd time in 2 weeks my delivery order is WRONG and no one answers the phone at this location. ever. I've been holding for 11 minutes at this point and nothing. Missing 5 ranch and I ordered 2 large sides of ALL CELERY and received NO ranch and veggie sticks had carrots. Stop the foolishness. I paid $68 tonight and I'm NOT happy. At least if someone would answer the phone I could request they send it or issue my refund. Now I'm going to have to dispute through my bank. I'm not going to make this mistake again. Shame on me for giving them another chance.

This wing stop has rude and nasty employees when it comes to their behavior. They lack customer service and this location is not kept up. I had to wait at least 35+ minutes or more to get my food and when I got it one employee had an attitude, then another person we came with had to wait longer than 45 minutes to get theirs. We weren’t the only customers dealing with the employees attitudes either. Yeah, making food and covering orders takes a little bit of time, but there’s no reason to be rude to customers.

I ordered on the wingstop website. Bogo tenders (each come with a ranch), large veggie sticks all celery, an extra ranch, lemon pepper fries. Want to guess how much of that order they got right? ... None of it. And it was delivery. So I called the store to speak to someone to either get them to send the correct order or issue a refund. Want to know how long it took for them to answer? We'll it's been 45 min so far and I'm still listening to the hold music/talking. I gave them 1 star ONLY because I had to select a start to write a review. I'm not in the habit of paying $28 for the wrong order. No ranch, carrots with the celery, regular fries and they didn't process the bogo. AWFUL service. And subpar food.

It’s so sad I’ve been calling this place for over 20 minutes regarding my order and they won’t even answer the phone. All these places need to just shut down because good customer service is not even practiced anymore! SMH
Customer service is HORRIBLE. No one at the register yet the employees look at customers like we’re weirdos for waiting at the register. Food is good but only order online, employees will be of no use if you order inside the restaurant.
