The wings are okay, if you are ever lucky enough to get what you actually ordered. I’ve been here five times so far and 3 out of the 5 times they have messed up my takeout order. Most recent mess up was tonight when I ordered 10 boneless mild wings, and I pick it up get home opened my food and find BONE-IN wings with HOT SAUCE. The only part of my order they got right was the veggie sticks.

When I called in to speak to someone that could take my order I got Shanise. She funny energetic and overall had a great personality. The food was good too however Shanise is who helped me decide on what I got which was great btw. I’m not big into leaving reviews however when I receive customer service as great as Shanise’s I must let EVERYONE know that she’s who you wanna see or ask for when your at this location.

Ordered on the app for delivery and total ended up coming out to 60$. In the order I ended up paying for voodoo fries and was really looking forward to getting them. When the order came I was extremely disappointed when the fries that I paid for were not in the delivery.

they forgot our ranch first. alright no biggie... then we realize the bag is starting to rip because the celery and the carrots were at the bottom of the bag with no box just paper literally making the bag soggy. then we get home and realize 8 wings are missing and the wings we did get are cold. we go back and get the wings, they are absolutely rancid. they're bone in even though we asked for boneless. i wouldn't mind the bone in if they were yummy. the dry rub is so oily??? it literally looks like a sauce, but it's pure oil. and it tastes nothing like louisiana dry rub. it even has a slight weird chemical taste.

Why does Wingstop give empty cups to Uber delivery drivers to fill with drinks in their delivery orders? It is the restaurant and it's staff's responsibility to fill the drink orders, not the delivery drivers, as it is a health code violation. Wingstop need to update their policy.

I can take being skipped and ignored. I can take waiting for a few mins for someone to realize I’m picking up an order while they keep yapping away with their coworkers but the order was the last straw. I promise you I don’t even live more than 6-7 mins away from there nor was I driving like a bat out of hell. I kid you not this meal is giving me and wife heartburn for days. It looks like someone dumped a whole bottle of hot sauce while making this and took the lid off the seasoning and dumped that on the fries too. The 32oz drink I ordered wasn’t merely enough to wash this stuff down. Don’t even get me started on how I was wiping everything down from the amount sauce that was leaking from the bag. The carpets in my car are ruined man. Like you guys had one job. Pls tell the Giant with all the piercings that kept talking the whole time to pay attention please. My order number 6343505765. I had to stop real quick to get some food to continue my long trip to North Carolina. I had stopped at the right time because Rogelio helped me and he was quick and very kind when helping us with our order. I definitely recommend this Wingstop, keep it up Rogelio
