Customer service is HORRIBLE. No one at the register yet the employees look at customers like we’re weirdos for waiting at the register. Food is good but only order online, employees will be of no use if you order inside the restaurant.

Absolutely terrible customer service. A lady was infront of us at the register, she kept trying to get an employee’s attention. But this one young female employee just kept side eyeing her, never approached us at all. After 5 mins of constantly trying someone to attend us, she yells saying she wasn’t at the register, we should order online. We fortunately placed the order online beforehand so we told her that, then this other employee handed us our food. The young girl was absolutely terrible and snarky. Should not be working a food job if she doesn’t wanna deal with people. Will not go back. June 7th, 6pm is when we went.

This wingstop years ago use to be BOMBBBBB everytime with no fail wigs were looked and tasted like they should the fries were thick and seasoned perfect if not too much now hahahaha good luck everytime it’s dry wings tht aren’t even seasoned not to mention they look deformed the fries and skinny and over cooked always no seasoning on the fries whatsoever this is my first ever review jus know im getting tired of them increasing prices and decreasing quality hire new ppl not the same students from treasure coast high school

id give a 0 if i could, placed an order and restaurant was closed but still got charged, called the store and they transferred me to the so call manager who kept hanging up every time. theres no customer service so i had to take it to social media to get a refund. awful

Call the 9:50 and place an order do the phone food delivery Wingstop gave me a confirmation number and I paid for it with my debit card food was not delivered after an hour an hour and a half I tried calling them back no answer automated robot that's it

This bar none is the worst place to order food!!!! You can't even get a person on the phone and everything is done by AI and they always experience technical difficulties and can never contact a human to speak with. I am not typically and betting man but I would be shocked if they are in business in 2026 with this proceed they are carrying on with. They will burn the neighborhood bridges and close they doors on my bet!!!!

It’s always hot as hell in there, the soda machine is always broken and leaking. The service is sooooo slow. There is always workers just walking around with xl hoodies on and no uniform, gloves or hair nets. This location is so ghetto and nasty, management and ownership need to do better.

This is our last time eating here. Spent well over $100 and the service was poor and extremely slow. Waited over an hour for our food to be cooked. There were 12 people waiting on their food, and the staff was extremely rude. This staff desperately needs to learn time management.
