As a door dash driver I just had thr most pleasant interaction with the 2 ladies working this store at 1:4/5 on 10/15/2025. They were so pleasant and friendly. I strongly recommend this restaurant.

We’ve been loyal to Zaxbys for years, specifically this location in PSL for the convenience. The day time staff lacks customer service skills, clearly they hire anyone willing to stand around. Walking up to the counter the girl had her AirPods in and didn’t even have a uniform on, I ordered a kickin’ chicken sandwich combo and there was barely any sauce on the sandwich. I went to the counter and asked for a side of sauce since there was hardly any on the sandwich (which is the main part of the sandwich) and instead of offering to add more, she charged me for the side of sauce. The staff that was there years ago was amazing compared to now. Customer service Training needs to be implemented ASAP!

This is my favorite place to eat. Great chicken, fries, Texas toast, Cole slaw....... They will exchange Cole slaw for extra fries if you ask. Staff is friendly and helpful. ❤️❤️

Lady at drive thru was very nice BUT food was horrible!! FRIES were cold and chicken fingers too tuff!! I REALLY swore I would not go back after last time but NOW will surely never waste my money here again. PRICES also outrageous!!! NOPE!!!
