Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Shoulda read reviews first....paid $16 for shrimp and 3 tenders...more like dry nuggets and the shrimp was overcooked, dark brown, dried out and if you pull the hardened breading off, they were the size of little salad shrimp! Fries were soft and cold and I paid to upsize to large but got reg handful of the soggy fries, not like I wanted more because I couldnt even eat what was there but it was the principle of paying an upsize, but at least I got a large drink. The girl in drive thru was a sweetheart, very polite and pleasant, too bad the meal was inedible and went in the trash. I need a refund. This was my FIRST Zaxby's meal and it will also be my last.

I paid 13 or 14 dollars for a sandwich that comes with fries and I kid you not I got less than 10 fries. The fries weren’t even that big.The amount of fries and the size of the sandwich plus the bread being cold and soggy didn't justify me spending over 10 dollars for a sandwich with fries. If portions were bigger it would be nice.

Service is up and down, but store is usually clean. They take coupons. I love their regular chicken sandwich meal and their Cheddar Bites. The soda machines has lots of choices.

As a door dash driver I just had thr most pleasant interaction with the 2 ladies working this store at 1:4/5 on 10/15/2025. They were so pleasant and friendly. I strongly recommend this restaurant.
