This is my favorite place to eat. Great chicken, fries, Texas toast, Cole slaw....... They will exchange Cole slaw for extra fries if you ask. Staff is friendly and helpful. ❤️❤️

Lady at drive thru was very nice BUT food was horrible!! FRIES were cold and chicken fingers too tuff!! I REALLY swore I would not go back after last time but NOW will surely never waste my money here again. PRICES also outrageous!!! NOPE!!!

I love Zaxbys and their food is always great however this is the third time I have gotten carryout with all of the sauces forgotten. I’ve asked every time if they put the sauce in the bag and every time the workers have said yes. However when I get home not a single sauce is in my bag along with forgetting straws and napkins.

5/26/2025 @10:30am: Very disappointing customer service. Morning shift crew to be exact. The prices are high, yet they serve old/cold food and black stuff was floating in my drink. When we requested fresh food, the staff became argumentative instead of resolving the issue. Every time I visit, I have to fight with morning staff for quality food. This specific Zaxby’s should consider shutting its doors for good.

The service was good, the atmosphere was fine it was a drive tru, but we came home to find live flies in our salad. We ordered our food, picked it up, and when we went to eat it at home flies were inside the salad container. We didn’t ever even open it because there were visible flies inside the box. Will definitely not come back for a place that serves food and flies together. Whenever we shook the box more flies would fly out of the lettuce.

I got the salad bc most places don’t have a good one. These are the best, I also got other meals to share and they loved it too. Smells amazing, looks incredible…Restaurant is beautiful.

Went through the drive through at 10:09 & they yelled “we’re closed” . The manager really needs to hire new employees. They always have an attitude anytime I come but now closing early ??!?!? They think they can do whatever they want & the manger is allowing them to walk all over them & the customers !!!!! Customers have put out their complaints & notting at all is being done !!!!
Food was just okay. The chicken on the sandwich was small and the seasoning was only on some of the fries. The seasoning on the fries was bland. Over priced for what it is and they forgot to put the sauce we asked for in the bag
