Went through the drive through at 10:09 & they yelled “we’re closed” . The manager really needs to hire new employees. They always have an attitude anytime I come but now closing early ??!?!? They think they can do whatever they want & the manger is allowing them to walk all over them & the customers !!!!! Customers have put out their complaints & notting at all is being done !!!!

Food was just okay. The chicken on the sandwich was small and the seasoning was only on some of the fries. The seasoning on the fries was bland. Over priced for what it is and they forgot to put the sauce we asked for in the bag

In the evening the store employees make this place a perfect spot to be mugged. They have no store front lights or parking lot lights. When I told them they apologized with "I'm so sorry" and then did nothing about it. I explained that it's scary to even get out of the car here, but even when leaving no lights came on outside the store. Not even their Zaxby sign.

I'm a little disheartened 😔. I went there to claim a sandwich as i am a Veteran and today being veterans day. I was looking forward to not only visit but to sample the sandwich from there. I went to military.co. for Veterans Day Rewards and was suppose to be a free sandwich. So I was told by a manager that you have to have the app ( which was not mentioned). I removed myself from line to download the app. Went through all the steps, and there were no questions or anything to fill in accordance with being a Veteran.

They’ll charge you $12 for three chicken tenders and a handful of fries and then want to charge you for any sauces you want to dip your tenders in. They don’t ask if I want something other than what they give you and if you want something else you can “swap it out”. So after I put my hands all over it, they’re gonna take it back and give it to somebody else!! ???

I specifically got food here because I enjoy the bread, and I was disappointed when a crew member told me they don’t serve bread with combos apparently. Unfortunately my patience already used up by this point because this was my 2nd time in the drive through because I wasn’t asked if I wanted a combo or not the first time, I drove off not realizing I wasn’t asked what to drink. This location is known to have attitude but lying for no reason is beneath any fast food chain.
