Really upsetting! I order a pizza with wings and fries, when the fries did not come in I called to see what happened with they tell me to check again…are they out of their mind if I’m calling I’d because I didn’t get them… very rude and the worst customer service ever… never again will order from this place!!
Horrible service messed up our order and took 30 mins just for one pizza and cost us 16 dollars for a medium when a large is 16.50

My wife placed an order and when I went to pick it up I was stunned, the order was ready, the workers were very courteous and respectful, the taste of the pizza was delicious, 1000x better then the one on off US1.!

Even though you prepay if the phone number is incorrect they cancel the order. I ordered pizza at 5:30 to come at 7 PM and at 7:40 I called and they said it’s canceled because the phone number didn’t work. It makes sense if I paid cash, you wouldn’t take the risk to deliver a pizza to an order with an incorrect number but I paid with a credit card! & they said in order to get my food I would need to pay again and my original funds wouldn’t be returned for 5-7 business days. This is a terrible way to do business - this was the first and last time I will attempt to order from this Pizza Hut. I have a house full of kids that are hungry and all that did was make me take my business somewhere else. I didn’t receive and email that my order was cancelled either. Bad business and not in favor of a customer.
