This is the same place as Riviera Bar and Grill. Changed name. Great spot to watch boats go by@

Was a great atmosphere with a grey bartender (Frank) highly recommend for a relaxing meal and definitely a few drinks at the bar!

Great food and great fun. Try the fish tacos. Very good and well priced.

Great place for a cocktail and a view. Medium to low quality bar food.Inside decor very dated. Smoke fish dip too salty, muscles in a pretty tasteless heavy cream sauce and farm raised salmon with fresh vegetables. $75 for a party or two.

Alligator is closed!!! New name is Riviera Bar & Grill. Please review their site at they are closed Mondays and no other day. Great boat up restaurant with great service. Mahi-mahi is great along with fried grouper. Megan was an amazing server and catered to our every need. Even when we brought a vegetarian to a seafood restaurant. Five stars all the way for Riviera Grill!

It's now the Rivera Grill and we love it. Tends to be crowded and it should be with the view. Decent food and a little pricey for sitting at picnic tables but you can't get closer to the water except at the Punta Gorda Elks.

One of the best bacon cheeseburgers I've ever had, of course that's not the main menu, it is fish. I was just in the mood for a good burger and it hit it right on the nose. The place has changed hands and has done a complete 180 from what they used to be. Last time we went we said we'd never go back again, one of the items on the menu was goat! But we did go back and the changed hands were very friendly and the food was very good I give it 5 stars. Oh, and now you need a reservation for the main meal times, but it is well worth your time ! ?

Great spot to pull up by boat and grab adrink

Probably the best ahi tuna we've EVER had. Hog wings were delish. Blackened fish tacos were very good as well. Sat outside by tiki bar. Mosquitoes were an issue but if you sat by a fan they weren't as bad.

Great place on the creek, we visited by boat and luckily there was a spot at the dock for us. Great outdoor bar with band and lots of nice people.

The food was excellent but they have changed the name to the Riviera.

Improvemts in progress to the building. Burgers are average. Fries are fantastic. Seats inside and outside on Alligator Creek. Drive west on Rio Villa west and follow the signs.
