Bar 17 is a lively biker bar on US17, known for its good rock music on weekends. The food truck Burger Bench serves the world's best smashburger on Fri, Sat, and Sun. After being almost wiped out by Hurricane Ian, the place has been rebuilt and now features a bigger lot, an outdoor covered band stand, and plenty of seating. Gigi, a friendly bartender, ensures everyone gets their drinks quickly, making it a great stop for large groups. While the indoor area is small, the vibrant outdoor space allows for motorcycle watching. Customers enjoy the inviting atmosphere, and it's a perfect place for beers, live music, and a burger. Though there may not be enough chairs during busy times, bringing a camp chair can enhance the experience. The bar also boasts a pool table and clean bathrooms, adding to its appeal.
