I have ordered from this place 3 times and everytime it has been a horrible experience! I give people the benefit of the doubt and so 3 times and your out! This was the last time I order from there. I ordered their new revised Cuban that a coworker raced about, come to find out it wasn't great. I had literally ONE piece of Ham and ONE piece of Salami and a tablespoon spoon of pulled pork on each side of the cut Cuban. FOR $17.74 !!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS!? WOW, IT'S INCREDIBLE TO THINK YOU CAN JUST STEAL PEOPLE'S MONEY LIKE THAT! UNACCEPTABLE!!! Will never go back!!

A COOK NAMED PATRICK FLIPPED THE BIRD IN DISRESPECT IN PUBLIC.We were out in public and one of the cooks I recognized from the Beef O Brady’s that we go to 3 times a week (approx $280) on Sandhill Blvd off of King’s highway! That cook flipped the bird at another adult in disrespect/anger in public. While it is his freedom to do that … because we know his name is Patrick and he works at the restaurant and I saw him do that… we will not eat there when he is working. We will be trying other nearby places right away.The food is great, the service is awesome, as an adult you represent not just yourself but your family and employer when you are recognized being so childish, rude and immature as an adult.

First time visiting the chain. I've been wanting to try it, and we were in the area for lunch. I had the Lunch Pick 2: half a Cuban sandwich and house salad. The Cuban, as I learned, is the Tampa variation, so it had salami instead of pork. The tomatoes and lettuce almost made it seem more like a sub except for the bread. Ruby had the Combo Appetizer, which she shared. The food was good, and Amy did a good job with the service, but the place was packed, and the noise was loud! Think mess hall! There doesn't appear to be any sound mediation furnishings to absorb the noise. Of course, the noise level is a variable, but acoustic panels in the ceiling and high wall area would probably make a big difference.
