Since being taken over by new owners everything has gone downhill from the old wait staff that always had a friendly smile and knew the regular customers to the quality, or lack there of the food. I gave them the benefit of the doubt that the kinks would work out and it would be just like the old BB. I tried it for breakfast again today and my coffee came out cold along with all the food. Just had an awesome meal at Burg’r Bar! The burger was juicy and cooked perfectly, and the onion rings were hot, crispy, and addictive. Service was quick, and the staff were super attentive and friendly. Highly recommend—can’t wait to go back! 🍔🧅👏
DO NOT get the chili nachos if you like to have meat in your chili. I told the waitress it was 'terrible tasting' - to me it was like eating a bean burrito - no meat. She suggested she would go to the kitchen and 'scrape up some meat to put on the top of the nachos'. Is it me or does that not remotely sound appetizing?
I pushed away my plate and told her not to bother. She told me her name and said I should ask for her 'next time' and she will get me fixed up.
