Burnt Store Marina Restaurant.
Don't go. We were there for 2 1/2 hours and never received our dinner.
We were with a group of 12 so could understand so slowness in service. Part of the table received their dinner and finished before others received their dinner. We never received ours. I went inside to ask what was going on. The bartender and a couple wait staff came over (our waitress was nowhere to be found) . The cook came out and I asked where our dinner was he yelled at me that I was being belligerent. I said all I wanted was an apology and our dinner. He kept on talking and was exceedingly Rude. I turned around and left. We had been there all that time with very little service. Most went into the bar to get their drinks as they couldn't get service.

I can't tell you how the food was as we never got any.
Hubby never got his soup, and both of us ordered shrimp baskets. Nothing special.

We went to the pizza place down the road and that was excellent.

It would be wise for a dining establishment to let people know up front that they serve only local residents, or boating traffic. Upon arrival at this place, it was determined it was in a gated community and it specifically said it was accessible only by local residences. Don't waste your time here....

I’ve never had more slow mixed with RUDE service. Rude doesn’t even begin to cover it. I’ve worked service for 20 years and have never been treated more poorly while out to eat than I was here.

Great Outdoor Space – Worst Service Ever
We are new full-time residents to SWFL and are exploring the many dining and entertainment venues in the area. I signed up for the Cass Cay newsletter and am impressed with their entertainment so we wanted to go check out the place and have dinner last Wednesday. We arrived about 7:00 pm and found the main dining room had a show in process so it was closed to diners, but the deck/patio was open and maybe 30% full of diners. We were seated immediately with a great view of the harbor. That’s where the ‘great’ part of this visit ends. For the next half hour plus, we sat at our table, menus in front of us and watched servers and random staff bring drinks and food to everyone around us. The folks across from us enjoyed two rounds of drinks and their appetizers – which all looked good. The diners next to us received great looking dinner salads, ate them, and had their empty dishes taken away and we still hadn’t seen any wait staff. We sat, over a half hour, and no service. We got up and walked out, but stopped by the hostess station as we left and told her about our lack of service. No apology, she just looked at her seating chart. We will give them one more chance.

The fish tacos were so amazing! Definitely recommend if you go in. I had Emily as my server she was attentive and made my visit one to remember. Definitely will be coming back love the service and food!

Went there on Thursday at 530 pm....20 empty tables manager said can not seat use without reservation. He said they will be full on 10min. Absolute B.S.went there 5 to 6x with no reservation never again problem Now they won't seat me with 20 empty table....never going back!!!
