Was sat down ,not one server ever stopped by and questioned if we have been helped. Had to go to bar inside to even get service. Still no one recognized us.at least there was a great Remedy. Disappointing outside had 5 servers 2 food runners and 1 guy clearing tabels and no one said a word besides a hostesses as well. Floor is filthy on deck outside . Guess the regulars come here don't care about it being clean. Disappointing

This place is a bit difficult to get to as it’s in a gated community. If you don’t know which gate to take or that you can ask to be let in, you might be discouraged by the gates. Restaurant is a nice spot right on the marina. Had the mahi tacos which were good, not great. Could have used a spicy sauce just to add some punch. Partner had fisherman’s platter with battered and fried fish and seafood. Yummy batter, not too thick and greasy. Fries were good too but they arrived on the plate in a big clump. Not so great. But service was excellent from hostess to server to plate runner. Would definitely return now that I know how to get in ??

We’ve lived in the area for over 10 years. This restaurant is much improved had grouper today. It was absolutely delicious and apparently as like everyone else they’re having trouble getting servers but they handled everything very well. I really appreciate the fact that they told us upfront we still stayed and it was well worth it.

If the wait staff actually worked that'd be great! I'd have gone here multiple times. Our first visit we had a party of 6, Sat down right away, then waited, and waited and waited. Service was extremely slow, food was decent, view was nice. Except we waited so long the band had to set up around us and we couldn't enjoy our meal anymore.2nd visit I was told there was wait and that they'd text when a table was ready. 3 days later I'm still waiting on the text. The servers sat there staring at each other amidst dirty tables. No one in a hurry to take guests. Waited 30 mins saw her seat people that just walked up. Finally gave up went to the sandwich spot. Pathetic service. Do your waitresses realize they make their money from tips but only if they seat a table?? Service deserves negative stars

Ridiculous wait times for every course and our soup was barely warm, Which after waiting that long is pretty discouraging. Beverages were never refilled until I had to flag down a server to get one. My husband had salad which was very good and chilled. My meal was barely warm, So it was hard to judge how good it was. We weren't even offered desserts or to go packages.I had to ask for a package for my meal. The boxes are hardly adequate for anything that has any liquid content or sauce.It leaked all over my car. We had heard such good things about this restaurant and we couldn't wait to try it, Needless to say we won't be going back soon. It is really a shame because we love eating outside on the water.The view was lovely, It could have been enhanced with some music.

Love this place ,people,food,bands great food okay this is April just visited there and it was awful the kitchen staff should be fired for awful instant potatoes that shouldn't even be sold at Aldi waited at least 20 minutes before anybody even came to the table and I asked the hostess she actually waited on us till the waitress came the food was nothing like we're used to again the potatoes were disgusting a nice restaurant should have decent potatoes not Aldi instant,ribs bunt chicken wigs to done over fried

Went to Cass Cay on a beautiful Sunday evening. Waited for the hostess. When she arrived she said it might be awhile for a table near the water. We went in to the bar and ordered drinks. Within 10 minutes we saw the hostess seating someone. Husband went out and she had forgotten about us. Told him there was a high top available. We took it but sat there for 10 minutes before someone approached us. Enter Emmy. She was wonderful. Saved the night for us. Second visit here. Blackened Fish sandwich is great.

I went to this restaurant and we had a party of 7 to ear dinner. It was before 5:20 and in big letters on the menu it says there is a 10% discount on everything ordered before 5:30. I asked the server prior to ordering if this applied and she said yes. We ordered and waited., and waited. The wait was rediculous. The service was so slow. When we got the bill it didn't have the 10% discount. I asked the server and she said she didn't get it entered in on time. Not only did they not give the printed discount they upcharged some of the meals. I asked for a manager and in between the F bombs that he dropped frequently he told us he did us a favor letting us eat there and that since we didn't have a reservation we should be "f"ing thankful we were "allowed" to eat there. The amount of empty tables was crazy but they did us a favor the manager literally cussed me out in front of my kids and asked if they only reason we went there was for a discount. Does it matter??? We spend $150 dollars. Trust me you didn’t do us any favors

Went on a Friday night around 6:30PM. Had reservations but everything was very slow. When the food actually came it was great, just took a very long time to get it with not much attention from server.
