The group operating the drive thru on the evening of 8/23/25 was extremely unprofessional, after forgetting that I was at the menu ready to place my order the young girl who took my order was very rude and overall not helpful at all and just seemed like she did not want to be there. It honestly made me feel like pulling away and leaving but I did not want to settle for gas station food. Apparently this Culver’s does not train their employees like other locations do - be aware

Had a great visit at PG Culver’s today. Was greeted by a jovial cheese-head who was highly recommending the new chicken sandwiches. We stuck w the butter burgers and he was very helpful & efficient taking our order. His coworker w long blond hair delivered our order to the table in record time. Before we left I purposely went back to the counter to get the cheese-head’s name - Juan wished us a great day. Thanks for the smiles, laughs, good food & efficient service!

The entire team of this location was awesome. They were busy with drive-thru and walk in customers. I witnessed the team lead deal with a unhappy older woman and handled her with class, tact and courtesy and was very professional.

Asked for a cookies n cream milkshake and couldnt even drink it because it was too solid and theh difnt blend it well had huge pieces of cookies and they also gave me a spoon sooooo they suck
